It took almost 45 minutes to get the truck. Unprepared! Not friendly. Didn’t have my reservation! Didn’t have the furniture pads I requested. The price was different than my reservation email. NEVER go here for a truck. It’s a backyard operation. There is no professionalism whatsoever. It’s a gas station with a convenient store. That’s what they should stick to selling! Gas and Snickers!!

The location isn’t the problem - your whole process is trash. Your reso system is pointless- we have to redo everything at the site anyway, and there are infinite hidden fees. Then you give such variable information about time to return and requirements for return, then change them halfway through the trip by demanding a phone call by text, and changing the drop off location to somewhere many miles further away from the original agreed upon location.

I rented a box truck. The fuel tank was not filled when we picked it up. Spent $75.00 on fuel for only driving it 70 miles. Was told I was gonna get a phone call today from the manager and they never called.

Customer service was not that great. Originally was being told it was $20.99 and $0.99 a mile for 6 hours. Asked if I could pay cash and was told yes. Asked for my ID took my info, and then someone else said that if I wanted to pay with cash, I had to pay $100 deposit and $65.00 and they needed a credit card. And after I gave them the card and said I didn’t want my card charged, use it as a means to having a card on file, but I wanted to pay cash. They then charge my card 65.00. I told them I didn’t want my card charged. They said they had to now. But if I wanted to pay cash it was $165.00 I had to pt. Nothing matched the original pricing of $20.99 and $0.99 given. I brought the truck back by 7pm so only had the truck for 4 hours and drove it 26 miles total. And I put $9.77 in gas into the truck. I’m expecting to get money back to my card because $20.99 and $0.99 a mile is only $46.73 even with the $9.77 in gas I put in does not equal the $66.63 charged to my card. When I dropped off, the guy there, took the keys, and said thank you. I asked for a receipt, and he said it would be emailed to me. I told him they never asked for my email. I want a receipt. Over 20 minutes I had to wait for a receipt only to see my card was charged $66.63. All around terrible service and over charged for having the truck for 4 hours. Would hope to be able to be given a refund of the difference for what I was told originally and what I was actually charged. But, I am sure it will be handled as it was already with the terrible customer service. Will not use this service again.

Horrible experience very unprofessional. The site claimed to be 24hrs. No mail slot to return keys. When I did they told me I should have thrown the keys under the truck!!! Did not turn paperwork in for 2 weeks then they overcharged me 100!!! Horrible. I am not excepting this!!

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly but when I picked up the truck, I was told that they do not have a dolly. I reserved ahead of time so I could ensure the equipment was available.

The best thing about my experience is the customer service was excellent I was in desperate need for a truck for just a couple of hours they really could not service my request at that particular time frame however after taking a short period of time I was in the truck.

Your online customer service experience and telephone customer service is terrible , kept disconnecting my chat saying I was offline when I wasn’t and 2times your operators got disconnected and never called back and I had to wait in the queue line again which was 45-60 minutes each time

Truck was great and worked perfectly. Pick up location was a gas station with one person. It took over 20 minutes for the attendant to finish his other duties while completing mine. The blankets I rented were not there. It took some valuable time to drive to another location, where he did not know the address. Fortunately I was sort of familiar with the area and eventually found it. Someone from out of town would have had difficulty.

I rented my U-Haul and decided to use the mobile app to pick up and return. It’s really awesome that this is even an option but upon my arrival at the u-haul location at 0930, I had to sit and wait for over a half because the app would not even load on my phone and show my order. I had to ask someone else to use their phone. Taking pictures through the app, it does not allow you to focus your camera so every time I uploaded a picture of my license, it was too blurry. Than you are expected to take pictures of the “damage” that’s already on the truck… you can not physically see any damage in the pictures that you take on your phone due to having to get the entire truck in the picture.. it’s too far to actually see any minor damage. There are too many steps you have to complete on your phone, and with the app not working correctly, the bogus pictures you have to upload, it takes up entirely too much time and becomes very frustrating.. people spend way too much money at this company using their trucks and trailers to have to go through all of that.

They need a computer system or something. I had a reservation for 12:45p and didn't get the truck till after 2p because their system was messed up. Also did not get the dolly I paid for. Waiting on my refund.

First off all I just want to share that I reached to the location pick up my U-Haul Truck for my reservation but the guy told me sorry to say system says that u r not eligible to pick up the truck reason being there is no reservations on my name. Then I show him my reservation where it was mentioned pick-up time 10am 07/20/2021 whereas I reach there 9:45 then he said don't know if u want I can do a manual booking.

It was difficult trying to communicate with the employee waiting on me. The rental agreement was not handled properly. The employee had me down as the renter and the driver when I was only supposed to pay for the rental. He didn't explain what the insurance was and what it was for. Overall not happy with this location for truck rentals.

Ice dealt with some shady businesses before, but this birders on criminal. Or maybe it's incompetence. I arrived to pick up, was told the documentation the website required was not needed. I was then asked for my credit card info yet again, after giving it online. They demanded a second name and phone number, thankfully I was doing this with my cousin, although he was already listed when we signed up. When we tried to return it on Sunday, we we're told we coukd not because the office was closed, and yet we still got charfed for that day.. fibskly, only the phone company can invent more undisclosed fees than I saw on my bill..

You guarantee a 50 dollar refund if there’s an issue with my reservation. I received nothing, the place didn’t even have the right truck and I wasted my time on hold never being able to speak to the scheduler to get it fixed

It took us 30 mins to get a key from a gas station attendant because customers keep walking in to pay for their gas after we gave him our driver’s licenses. We were there before everyone and we had to wait until he was done with them. When we asked him a question his answer was “that’s Uhaul’s rules, I just follow them I don’t work for them”. I don’t think Uhaul should use this Exxon if they don’t care about Uhaul’s customers. They gives Uhaul bad reputation.

It would of been helpful for someone at the facility to hook my car up to the tow dolly since I had to get it from a different location. I had to do it myself and had major challenges to the point where I had to stop at a Uhaul store for assistance.

The truck was not clean, seats were not vacuumed and had animal all over them. There were boxes and trash left in the truck. The furniture pads were gone and the empty bag was left hanging there. Overall very I was displeased with my experience.

I filled out credit info and driver's license on-line for both drivers days in advance. The day of pick-up, the U-Haul Rep required me to send a photo of my credit and drivers info over the phone. I also had to send a photo of myself. TSA agents are less paranoid. The driver was held up for 45 minutes just to pick up the truck. U-Haul is OK, but never again at this location.

Saba was very rude he look at the truck and said “you did this” sir are you accusing me? He said “there new and the stickers indicate that the ones already there” sir I can’t help that. All I know is that I have pictures as well. Now I need to finish the check in process. Phone went dead he said it’s not full has to be completely to the F. He got in the truck I told him I’m not done an would like to finish. He moved the truck. He said the floor on the driver side needs to be cleaned they will charge me for that. I replied sir it was snowing but I will sweep it. He went back in the store after taking pictures and trying to tell me I put marks on the truck. I ask him if I need to sign or do anything else he said no!! I said ok so that’s it he said yes!! I left then was charged a fee for coverage!!

This location was somewhat easy to access, but was difficult due to competing needs of customers at the gas station. I also feel that I was not able to review my paperwork in the same way that I could at a Uhaul location.

We got to the storage space, and lifted the back up and the back of the trucks floor was all wet. Had to put sheets down and covers so some stuff was protected. We had alot of stuff got wet. Informed the man when I got back some of the space was still wet. He didn't say anything about it.

They charged me for 5.3 gallons of gas when I only traveled 14 miles. That means the small truck only gets 2 miles per gallon...impossible! They are ripping me off! They are charging me $4.50 per gallon of gas. The location I picked up the truck is a gas station that sells gas $2.50 per gallon. The bigges rip off ever. I am going to dispute this charge on my credit card.
