Everything is great. just a bit far from a gas station when I dropped off but there was no complains. the location is safe and the people are great!
Jason WThe people at the pick up location were nice BUT Not the truck size I requested, not the location I requested, and not even close to the location requested (over an hour away). I guess it’s better than the original pick up location I was given which was 5 hours away (wtf?!). Had to leave furniture behind because it would not fit in the smaller truck I was given, and given how far the move was, I wouldn’t have been able to go back for it so it went to the dump. Would have never booked with uhaul had I known how poor the service was. To add insult to injury, was charged over $80 for less than 1/4 tank of gas. 0/10.
Chris FThe location is in a dark area. Facility had good lighting around it but once in the truck I couldn’t even see where to put the key, my cell phone was almost dead at that point too so unable to Use the flashlight. The app was terrible, it wouldn’t allow me to scan my license and it took me over 30 minutes on the phone to customer services to retrieve the lock code. This wasn’t the facility issue though. The truck was in great condition.

SHANE DThis review is for uhaul overall not the specific location. Expect MANY hidden fees. We rented a 15’ truck thats advertised as ~$30 for in-town moves. We thought with mileage it would be about $80 total. They charged us close to $200! Service fees, mileage fees, gas fees on top of mileage fee?! None of that information was given to us before we rented the truck so we can’t help feeling scammed.

Claude PSo my dad went to pick this up. The first trailer the lights didn’t work. The second we had to wait 4 hours after our pickup time. They stated we would get a discount. When dropping it off we were told to contact the people who claimed that. So we had to pay the full price after being promised a discount. Very poor service.

Lila MI was guaranteed a trailer in Surrey,BC but yet again that garanteed trailer was not at the location in Surrey so then I must travel 80 Km out of my way to OK tire to pick-up the trailer. There's nothing wrong with OK Tire and the service is good. What the problem is Uhaul and their awful customer service! I'm sent a survey only for the locations I dealt with but not Uhaul has a company,go figure, I guess they don't won't another negative review.
