Thomas MThis review isn't particular to this location, it's for U-Haul in general. Their representative told me I could drop off the rental truck at a certain location due to them changing last minute the original pick up location and when I returned it at the location they said I could, they did not approve that return and even though they read the notes from the U-Haul representative authorizing the return location they didn't honor that, U-Haul said that representative was new and didn't know what she was doing, they didn't take responsibility for their "new employee" they made ME pay for it and as much as I fight it they would not honor what they said they would when I picked up the truck. I had to drive over an hour to go return the truck to the location they changed it to or they threatened to charge me thousands of dollars.

BRYAN BVehicle was dusty inside, windshield was dirty and had some print on the outside. The location is not easy to enter or exit. The elderly man at the front is not very friendly and I got the feeling that the U-Haul business is not his favorite thing to do. The lady that assisted us was kind and helpful.

Matthew NThe truck interior was not clean nor was the windshield clean. For a vehicle with only 6400 miles on it, it was not a very good representation of the Uhaul brand. I am still trying to figure out all of the charges that the dealer charged me. The receipts I am getting has given me three different totals and there was an extra $50.00 charge that I have no idea what it was for. The truck was not available on the day I had it reserved and I had to make a special trip to pick it up on Sunday.

Howard RNeed to check and make sure you have everything that the customer ordered to where it doesn’t delay their moving experience because they have to run around and find the missing piece in my case was appliance dolly! Wasted a half an hour from pick up trying to find one and then had to wait till the next morning to pick one up, so delayed my moving of things that evening!

HAROLD TReplace your grab handles with rectangular ones. My finger got caught in the angled grab bar. I am still in pain and I have had to take time off of work. It would be a relatively cheap upgrade.
Joseph BThe man behind the counter was aggressive and rude. When I questioned him on the gas level not matching the paperwork he lost it. Reached into the truck to grab the keys and basically said accept it with the incorrect information or he was cancelling the rental. I have video of the incident.

LAURENCE BLocation was ok… the way the app works to check in is an absolute disaster. It’s very misrepresented how it works and the process itself. Yes, it’s a good service to give when a location is closed, but you should warn your customers it’s a good 30-45 mins check in time after all the forms to fill in, pictures, equipment pictures, getting approval after you submit everything…allowing for the app not to work at times and then start over….prepare them for reality, not the “easy peasy” the website and tutorial claims.
