I did not want to drop off the trailer when the location was not opened. Because they didn't open until 10AM I was late bringing the trailer back even when I called to let them know. I was told it would be ok to bring it in later. There was no mention of a late charge.

Peter CVery bad customer service disrespectful and rude Accused us wrongful and threatened to call police when we were in the rights. For just 7km more discrepancy which was their fault. Never renting uhaul from this dealer again.
Dularie MThe U-Haul at this location was great help! We saw them inside the trucks cleaning them before we got our truck. We wanted to pick up our truck before the store opened that day but the U-Haul website was having technical difficulties. U-Haul itself needs to fix their 24/7 website to make it more user friendly. Thank goodness the store was open on a Saturday to assist us. They let us keep the truck as long as we needed so we didn’t have to rush our already stressful moving day. Very friendly staff, nice family orientated business! Please note, if you have issues with U-Haul itself, do not take it out on these small businesses who are just “uhaul dealers” they do their best to make uhaul available in more areas for us and have no control over the websites or the cooperation on the phone. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend, easy process, very friendly to deal with and even called and left me a message to let me know we have forgotten something behind which is for a doll cabinet that’s been in the family for many many years. Thank you!
Angie HI believe Uhaul as a company should automatically delete any KM's from a reservation when they are not able to commit to the availability of a rental at the local location that the customer is reserving. I was billed for extra KM's when Uhaul knew they sent me to a further location yet still billed me. The location in Wasaga had my rental ready and with no issue so just clarifying my previous review. Jess at the Wasaga location is awesome. Thanks.

William LI reserved a truck for a move Monday Nov 20. Specific to pickup time at 2pm. When I arrive the employee onsite said my reservation was cancelled and truck rented to someone else. Even though the truck was still on site. Employee wasn’t particularly helpful and I won’t be returning to this location. Terrible customer service.

janis mWhen I dropped off the truck at the location in Wasaga Beach, it was after they had closed. I didn’t know where to park it and I didn’t know where to leave the keys as there was no signage. I finally found the drop box and just left the keys there. I didn’t go inside as the location was closed so I couldn’t comment on the cleanliness, can’t comment on the staff, and it’s difficult to rate this location because the location was closed.

Lynn SI rented a pickup truck for towing a very small trailer and returned it in exact condition shortly after. I was charged for cleaning. Very unfair and unprofessional.

Sometimes there are things that happen beyond their control, but they make sure to try to fix the issue before it becomes a problem, or fully explain it to you. Great job all around!
Mike WAlthough I had difficulty with U-haul customer service via phone, this location was helpful after drop-off. It’s unfortunate U-haul doesn’t offer this same level of service to its customers when trying to clarify anything when calling in..e.g. the closest drop off location, coordinating movers booked through U-haul with the pick up time for the truck, and clarifying the fuel gauge vs. “miles to empty”.

MARTIN PWas charged $189 for 3 pieces of scrap and apparent damage to tailgate. Was never notified just charged. Got apparent insurance for what. Don’t get extra insurance
Brenda KWent to pick up trailer, was 40 minutes late due to work, they cancelled my booking and I was not able to get another trailer even though I had reserved it a week before. Uhaul called me and said it was my fault as I was late and should have called. Even though it does not state anywhere on the website that it will be cancelled. CSR just told me that it was my fault and closed the file. When I tried to go on Uhaul site, it said I needed a code, I pressed send it to me at 4:45pm, the code arrived at 11:42pm. that is some shitty service. Uhaul asks you to check in early by supplying copy of Driver’s License and CC number to "protect your privacy" but when you get to the office to pick up the trailer you still have to provide all the information. WTF is checking in early helping. Even when you go to rate Uhaul, they run you around in circles trying to do so, the link they provide doesn’t go anywhere.

SHAWN HThis location charged us a $15.00 cleaning fee. They did not take any pictures of the trailer and claimed that it needed to be cleaned. We have used UHaul services several times and this has never happened to us before.

Mark HI rented it for 24 hours and was told I had to bring back before the 24 hrs and also I rented a open trailer and I got a closed one. I put $20 gas and they still charged me $25 Not the greatest customer service.
