The truck was newer and clean. Headlights didn’t work but brights did. Shop was not open at 9:30 so had to call multiple times to get the truck. Worst of all, U-Haul moved my pickup to this location and I didn’t receive the 2 dozen moving pads nor the furniture dolly I had requested. No apologies, no help to find a location where I could those VITAL moving items. Just “I tools it off your bill.” Pretty crappy experience picking up.

Kind of a shakey spot. The owner was nice, and everyone was helpful, but it surely wasn't what I expected.
BRUCE DCheck the breaks maintenance
Danilo SSpent over a hour trying to pick up my u haul. No one was at the location. Called customer service, was told to download the app. Did the self check in thing, and still couldn’t get the u haul, wasn’t given a code for the lock box, was just told to see front desk for keys. This was an absolute nightmare.
Cynthis KNo one was at this location when I arrived. The person called my cell and asked if I was waiting to get the trailer and I said I was so he directed me to load it myself. He took some information over the phone and said he would send me a contract which I never received.
david gHe don't tell me the right fuel level. It take 20 minutes for him to come out to help me.
william dThe truck was not in great shape. It ran fine, but it struggled. The back of the truck smelled.
Scott PWhen my wife picked up the truck they didn’t give her paperwork. After we dropped it off we where tagged with a $25 fuel charge although we had fueled the truck.
Jane BThis location never picks calls, I inadvertently oput more gas on the truck than I should. Can someone help me process a refund please
AKIN ONot the location’s fault. But this is the second time I have rented a truck for the same route. Each time I get a nuisance charge for being over the mileage allowance. An adjustment should be made to these calculations. It’s not a big charge but it is annoying
WILLIAM WIt wasn't a business type location but the people there were very nice and helpful. The truck had about 200K miles on it and you could tell. It was a little rough. Still it worked very well for the short trip I needed it for.
Brian JMy initial location did not have the requested truck, so I was handed off to a second location nearby via U-Haul telephone customer service. This alternate location was disorganized, cluttered with unrelated non-U-Haul equipment (a derelict car ready for the junk heap sitting in the middle of the property), and the office was not staffed or open during regular hours. Tire pressure needs to be checked on vehicles being rented; the truck I was provided had a low tire pressure dashboard alert in the right front tire from the moment I first turned on the ignition. There was an unrestrained pitbull dog roaming the premises, which during our telephone conversation, the proprietor claimed belonged to his son who also apparently resides on the property. Customer service was provided entirely remotely and no physical copy of the contract was furnished to me. The requested add'l equipment (furniture pads) were not available; thankfully, the charge for them was removed from my reservation. In my opinion, the person conducting U-Haul's business at this location needs to seriously re-prioritize his commitment to providing good customer service and a fulfilling customer experience to his future clientele, or withdraw his participation as a U-Haul provider.
DAVID DFilled the gas tank to 3/4 full, just like I picked it up at. Dropped truck off at location. Person there said they'de take care of everything. When he checked the truck in, he said the gas tank was only 1/4 full, after I just had put over 18.5 gallong into it! He charged me over $100 for gas I didn't use. Would never recommend this place.
Jason DThe sign at entrance is really easy to miss.
ROBERT WThe location is difficult to get in and out of. I noticed the trailer had a flat tire later that evening. I tried re-inflating it, but it wouldn't hold air. I tried to use the Uhaul help function on the website and it wouldn't work. I called for support. The first people who turned up wanted to patch the tire, which is apparently against Uhaul policy. They didn't have a new tire. They dispatched another outfit. it took nearly 7 hours to get a new tire. I was forced to get a hotel during my 700 mile drive. The second support person I talked to, Kim, she was top notch and got us sorted with a good towing outfit. She was excellent. Everything else was bad.
