Well picked up trailer and was supposed to get 36 pads but only received 32. While driving back car broke down had to rent car and get a different vehicle to complete the move. called Georges Scotters about by situation and asked that i need additional 3 days to complete move told them the situation and asked if they could help out . No problem. they did extend my reservation but also charged me $90.00 for the additional days. just called and spoke to them and they said they cant help . Well that is not true i have had used Uhaul many times before and have been accommodated in the past. To sum this all up DONT USE GEORGES SCOTTERS FOR YOUR UHAUL NEEDS> THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CAN NOT COUNT UP TO 36...Ayman K.

The car trailer was in horrible condition. I couldn't even tow the car I needed because one of the ramps would not pull out completely. Not the locations fault but uhaul for deeming it acceptable.Carlos H.

Drop off was ridiculous. Could not get through with cell phone. No WiFi. Waited 45 minutes on phone to get someone from Uhaul. Gave up. Left trailer at drop off. Tried calling next day. Same result. Went back to drop off location to check on status. The guy there said he checked it in. Great guy, very helpful.MICHAEL F.

It was with a great challenge getting my drop off location changes to where I was delivering the contents to a Uhal storage unit. It had me taking the trailer to Georgia instead of Fernandina Beach. I spoke with 3 people and a little less than two hours on the phone dealing with this. I was advised that I could drop it off anywhere but did not want to confirm this after an exhausting day of moving.Steven A.

I will do a better job concerning the location of the gas gauge needle when I pick up a unit and verify it to the paperwork so I know exactly where it needs to be, I want to do my part of the obligation by bringing it the unit back with exact amount of gas according to the paperwork pointer, which is very arbitrary.Robert P.

only issue was contact person at desk spoke to us ref; features of truck, he advised truck was newer/low mileage, it was, but we were advised truck had cruise control, it did not, but truck ran well was easy to drive, mileage averaged around 10mpg for 1400 milesGeorge L.

U-Haul knew and allowed me to rent a trailer that had a tail light was out of service from there website. I expected to have a 6x12 trailer but I had to go with a smaller one when the rental facility told me the lights were inoperative on one side of the 6x12 trailer and that was the only one they had. I am not happy. I had to make an extra trip because of this. That's not a safe practice, to rent from your U-Haul website, equipment that has a problem. No brake light could cause an accident.Charles T.

Very big complaint Not against George's but against the Cell Location in Edgewater Fl. I called on Monday 8-19-2019 and verified they had a 5x9 trailer. They said to reserve it on line which I did for a 3:30PM pick up on Friday the 23rd. I then called back at 11am to verify they had the on line reservation. They did confirm the on line reservation information. I showed up at the location on Friday at 3:30pm exactly but the store was closed, got a voice mail Leaving my information but have yet to receive a reply. There was not a 5x9 trailer in the parking lot even if they were open. I called the u-haul phone explained the situation and they gave my reservation to George's. I am beyond pissed at how the Edgewater u-haul handled this which was they did nothing at all. I want a supervisor to call me/email and tell me what u-haul is going to do about this dealer and make up for for my aggrivation, wasted time, and wasted gas trying to get a trailer at the last minute. George's scooter was great. My only complaint with insults would be the price of gas. I went 20 miles exactly and put 2 gallons of gas in before I returned it. The guy said I was being charged like $9 for fuel. I assumed the truck got at least 10 miles per gallon which is why I only put 2 gallons back in. Otherwise I got what I needed and was able to move the bedroom set I purchased using the truck. Would definitely use George's again.JAMES S.
Truck was filthy, not noticed until after pick up. Truck ran POORLY especially for a new truck. The truck was turned in after one day,,,,we were never given. complete bill,,,,,the entire rental process began at a different location so I am unclear WTH. Overall, poor job. I did not turn the truck in, rather my son did, so I cannot comment on the drop off location.Stevens K.

Even though I figured a gas milage of +- 10 mpg and added gas accordingly before returning the truck, I was charged over $11 for gas when I dropped it off. I will not use this location or Uhaul again.Shawn K.
There was a floor patch that would sink at times with a lot of weight. This would cause some of the loads to become unstable. The patch needs to be a thicker plate laid over the old patch. Running over a 1/4" ridged edge is better than having a wheel dolly sink into the floor. If not repaired properly, I will make certain I don't ever get the same truck again.Harry B.
