I have dropped here in the past and they are very nice here. Uhaul kept sending me emails that they wanted the trailer back sooner than my full time. Sending me emails that this location closed at 11:00 on Saturdays. Dropping it off before they opened was no problem, but dropping it off during hours would not work. This whole experience was about what was good for Uhaul and not me.Daniel F.

We were told by Georgen that they don't open until 8am on Monday so as long as the truck was back then, we would only be charged one day, we were charged an extra day anyway even though it was still back Sunday and I never received a copy of the bill except for the additional charges. I have always used uhaul but I won't again after this. Georgen was great, the rest was a terrible inconvenience and overall experience. Had they started our rental time when we got back to Manchester (which was where I originally wanted to rent one) we would never have had a late fee.Angelina S.

We reserved the truck in Waterloo Iowa and was told we had to drive to Manchester Iowa to pick it up. That's a 50 mile drive. My time and my gas to pick up a truck that I reserved two weeks early. That's not the way to do business. In the future for customers, have the rental equipment at the point of reservation.Gary S.

Only used the Uhaul from noon that day until 3 and was 18 minutes late and was charged an extra day when we first reserve the uhaul was supposed to pick up on Wed at 6pm but no key was left in holder so we reserved it for Thursday at 10 pm i dont think we should be charged the extra day.Ashley B.

Awful, I had to wait an hour even though I reserved it in advance for 12:30 because â€œI went to lunchâ€ and she acted like it wasn't her fault and that it was no big deal to make someone with an appointment to wait. This is absolutely unacceptable. If I have an appointment I will take my lunch around it. Then when talking to the regional manager the quality was poor and he ended up not helping me at all. I was told I would get a partial refund and I have yet to get tit. I will never rent from U-Haul again.Justin A.

I know these people and I have worked with them a lot on things and they are very good people to work with . She told me it should not have been that much . Because I did tell her I told the lady in Center Point I call the Manchester U-Haul and they did not have any trucks and I wanted the truck to move in town in Manchester. But had to go to Center Point to get one . I will keep working with the Manchester office.Cathy B.
Grumpy employer. Computer wasn't working. Wasn't caring enough to try and help at first until I said it was already paid for ahead of time. Talked bad about his help. Couldn't care if I needed help hooking up trailer or not other than his worthless mechanic might help.Randy P.

Awesome! best deal hands down !!! Agents on both occasions were excellent Trailer was top notch ,tires were brand new easy to use i didn't worry about anything while towing It was the best $89.00 I have ever spent renting anything.................Keith K.
The tires were not in very good condition on the trailer and there were only hooks on the bottom of trailer floor but nothing up higher to secure items. The gentleman who helped us was excelkent.john K.

Not Manchester location's fault but, This location was over an hour from where we needed to load. We had made a reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up the truck in Decorah, Iowa and was amazed they did not have the truck there. In my experience years ago U-Haul would make sure there was a truck at the nearest convenient location for customer. In future I may use other means for my moving needs because of this terrible inconvenience, plus it cost me quite a bit additionally because of the added miles for gas and fee. Not the Manchester location's fault since they were very helpful. It seems to be an overall U-Haul policy that is making things less appealing for customers.Randy N.

We had major issues with the after hours pickup when using the website. We tried several different phones and web browsers, but nothing worked once we got to Step 4. We had to show up the following day to retrieve the truck, when the place was open. Folks there were very helpful.Chris H.
The return process needs work the website had me repeating the same thing over and over for about 10 mins and still didn't work. I finally called the uhaul number and waited to talk to a person to relay my issue the associate who took my call was very nice and made documentation of my issue and I was finally able to return the truck.Tina L.
Your inability to confirm pick up at my location until 2 days prior just doesn't work well. If i'm refereed to another location it is always 25 to 40 miles away. Your website would not accept any changes. I'm using another rental company in the future.tom D.

Was asked to pick up equipment 40+ miles from requested. Was not checked. Steering was awful - needs alignment *** Exhaust was broken - tail pipe split in half - extremely noisymark H.
Windshield wipers were like string cheese it started raining and wipers were bad late at night. Switched passenger side wiper to drivers side helped a little. Head lights were real dim made sure they were clean hard to see definatlly a huge issue and unsafe. Tow dolly light was not working when I got to my home to load. I have never had issues before truck was very rough driving and going down the road.Gloria R.

Explain to the customer you will be charging $60 for fuel charges. I put 5 miles on the Uhaul and I was charged $60 to fill up the Uhaul. Ridiculous charges and I don't recommend renting from this company.Chrystal H.
