The staff at this location are WONDERFUL people! I would recommend having tie-down straps available for sale at this location so that customers can purchase them there when they pick up the motorcycle trailer/trailers if they need them like I did.

He just rudely ended that chat that I had waited 8 minutes in the middle of moving for. So I had to reconnect and wait another 10 minutes to chat with somebody her name was heather and she helped me extend my time for the 3 hours I was looking for.
Pat MillerLocation wasn’t open. I had a HORRIBLE experience this day. It was so bad we are looking to cancel our next scheduled rental with UHaul and go to another company. I have never been treated so horribly by Uhaul customer service individuals as well as had this messy of a pick up. As well, the location wasn’t even open despite the operating hours on the door and online.

I realize that the store front not showing up had nothing to do with Uhaul. It is just sad that customers will have a bad vibe when hearing your companies name and not theirs.
Nancy BrotherEverything was fine, but the problem was the wrong trailer was at the location. I ordered a 5x9 ramp trailer and the only trailer available was 4x9. Customer service team at Uhaul rectified the situation and located another trailer close by. I did receive a refund for the rental at this location. Wondering about the $50 reservation guarantee?

GRAHAMEC LEEBrian will confirm that I accidentally returned the trailer almost immediately thinking I could not use it. Then I re-opened the contract immediately discovering I could use it. I requested a gift certificate for $25 because I know your POS software is too ancient to handle this but you have refused that. Look at my rentals in the past and see what you will be losing as I find alternatives you haul. Or better yet call me (905) 537-5843 and resolve this.

KEVINC CURRYYou sent us to 4 locations before we were finally able to get the truck we reserved for 8am pickup! Then I get the bill there's a 23.00$ fuel charge on there. The truck was half full when we picked it up we put fuel in it before we dropped ot off and took a picture of the dash wjem we dropped it off it clearly shows the fuel gage at half! This charge is bogus and the amount of gas I spent in my own vehicle running around town to 4 different locations to even pick up this truck just infuriates me! This whole experience was a disaster! You put so much stress into an already stressful day. Thanks for nothing. You're service sucks and so do you're bogus fuel charges!!#

Zackary DingwallUpon visiting this location to drop off our u-haul it was not opened even though when I booked our u-haul it said it would be opened. We ended up doing the drop off using the u-haul website and key drop.
Kevin BlacklerI have never used u-haul before and would never use u-haul again! What a disaster! I booked my truck 4-5 weeks in advance and was promised there would be no problems but a few days before I was contacted and told "there was no truck available in my requested location". The rep basically said there was "nothing they could do"... I paid for the truck in advance and they made me pay even more when I picked it up, even though I was told all the costs were orignally included. When I submitted a customer disbute and had them go through all my call history to review calls with the agents they said they couldn't find all the calls and from their perspective the calls the could pull the agents were friiendly and respectful.. Telling me there is nothing you can do, being passed to 6 different agents, waiting on hold for 3 hours and then after all that being hung up on dosent seem like friendly and respectful to me.

Radu PavelWhen an online reservation is made and the "insurance" is not selected, the employee shouldn't over ride it and charge the customer for it. It's deceitful. I did not select the insurance for the trailer, when making my reservation nor was it discussed at the time of picking up the trailer. It was added to my bill and once I received the email copy, I called back they advised they could not do anything and that it would be taken off at the other end when I drop off the trailer. The drop off location owner said she saw the note but if she was to deduct it from the bill, it would have been her loss. Not fair to her so I didn't push. I won't use this location again nor will I recommend it.
