You sent us to 4 locations before we were finally able to get the truck we reserved for 8am pickup! Then I get the bill there's a 23.00$ fuel charge on there. The truck was half full when we picked it up we put fuel in it before we dropped ot off and took a picture of the dash wjem we dropped it off it clearly shows the fuel gage at half! This charge is bogus and the amount of gas I spent in my own vehicle running around town to 4 different locations to even pick up this truck just infuriates me! This whole experience was a disaster! You put so much stress into an already stressful day. Thanks for nothing. You're service sucks and so do you're bogus fuel charges!!#eleshia F.

The truck I needed broke down and I wasn't notified until a hr before I needed it..then I had to drive 45 mins out of the way to get a truck..the customer service women was very rude..truck was not the right size so I had to do 2 loads Instead of one..it was a all around horrible experience .AMYLYNN H.

Upon visiting this location to drop off our u-haul it was not opened even though when I booked our u-haul it said it would be opened. We ended up doing the drop off using the u-haul website and key drop.Kevin B.
I have never used u-haul before and would never use u-haul again! What a disaster! I booked my truck 4-5 weeks in advance and was promised there would be no problems but a few days before I was contacted and told "there was no truck available in my requested location". The rep basically said there was "nothing they could do"... I paid for the truck in advance and they made me pay even more when I picked it up, even though I was told all the costs were orignally included. When I submitted a customer disbute and had them go through all my call history to review calls with the agents they said they couldn't find all the calls and from their perspective the calls the could pull the agents were friiendly and respectful.. Telling me there is nothing you can do, being passed to 6 different agents, waiting on hold for 3 hours and then after all that being hung up on dosent seem like friendly and respectful to me.Gina H.

When an online reservation is made and the "insurance" is not selected, the employee shouldn't over ride it and charge the customer for it. It's deceitful. I did not select the insurance for the trailer, when making my reservation nor was it discussed at the time of picking up the trailer. It was added to my bill and once I received the email copy, I called back they advised they could not do anything and that it would be taken off at the other end when I drop off the trailer. The drop off location owner said she saw the note but if she was to deduct it from the bill, it would have been her loss. Not fair to her so I didn't push. I won't use this location again nor will I recommend it.Darren S.
