Reserved my 15' truck two weeks In advance. Two days before my pick up date I was called by u haul to inform me my truck was not available. Next day u haul called and I was informed there was a 15' truck available at a different location. Had to navigate the u haul app with the nice u haul lady on the line. O boy that was nerve racking. Finally our truck was reserved. We were told by your u haul representative (very helpful nice lady) that she would give us a $50.00 discount for our issues caused by u haul over booking trucks. Oh well that did not happen. That's why your getting a below average rating. Have a nice day.David A.

The agent is never in office rearly answers the phone. I waited an hour for him to show up after i informed him 2 1/2hrs prior to getting there The agent has to be on top of appointments and inform customers if there is going to be a delay. Needs to be more knowledgeable of the other products and vital information given like gas and what you are responsible for because its not easy reading all those information on a phone when trying to make a reservation.Elaine A.

This was by far my worst experience with a moving truck company. From start to finish, my experience was horrible. To make the long story short, my credit card was charged twice which rendered me with enough financial resources on my relocation trip to new york. The employee at my pickup location charged me for an insurance package that I did not request. In addition, I was charged for extra mileage upon arrival at my destination. Honestly, I doubt, I can ever deal with Uhaul services. Most of the employees I encounter both at my pick up and drop off location were extremely unprofessional which contributed to the unpleasant experience. I left several complaints over the past 5 days and I was told a supervisor or customer service personnel would be in touch with me. Till today I am yet to hear to from anyone in regards to my experience and the issues I reported. This is simply unacceptable and I intend to disseminate this experience to anyone looking for relocation services so they are aware of how the Uhaul company treats its customers.joseph M.
This location is a 3rd Party to U-Haul. The associate was on a lunch break when I was trying to get in to pick up reservation of truck. I had to wait 30 minutes for him to return only to then wait around for another 60 minutes due to system errors with his computer. I was also false charged for equipment protection when that was not the option I chose reserving the truck online. I will not rent from this location again.Nahree F.
The agent was nice but was not clear on pricing. My nephew and I was told $40 a day plus protection from damage. The $1200 charge was a deposit. The truth is it was $1200 plus $40 a day for any additional day. Be super clear on pricingDale D.
