JOHN CYou need some work on your auto key pickup - this was clumsy and time consuming both at pick up and drop off - you should not have this function if there is not high speed internet available- and the app itself needs work on efficiency

Tammy NThe rear marker lights were not working on the trailer I rented. This was not a problem since we were using it during the daytime. The staff was very friendly nice and attentive. Will definitely use this location again. Very nice to have the little satellite location very convenient. I appreciate your short to the point survey.

kerry mI wasn't very happy when I went to pick up the truck and all the locks were frozen shut. Should let people know they need to bring a blow torch to get it open. With that being said I didn't even get the vehicle on time because I was standing in the cold for a good 20 minutes trying to get the key. Neither time that I have used uhaul or this location has it been satisfactory. Will never use or recommend again.
Amanda GMaybe plow the parking lot so when the customer comes to pick up the U-Haul they aren't falling in the parking lot and and hurting themselves and breaking there phone. When I reserved the U-Haul I chose the option to come in and get the key during business hours, the store did not open up the next day. Nobody notified me that they wouldn't be opening or that I had to get the key out of a lockbox or how to even get it out. My reservation was for 9 I didn't have the U-Haul til almost 10. When I came back and dropped the key off I let the owner know that I fell in his parking lot that he never had plowed. Told him I hurt myself and broke my phone screen. Not once did he apologize or ask if I was ok. What he did say is that it would cost him 70 dollars to order a new screen for my phone but he would only charge me 35 and he would pay the other half, after I fell at his place of business because it was not plowed. This whole experience was ridiculous and I would never recommend this location. I would recommend people to not go to this location. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience.
