Brandon NCheck the batteries before sending out a truck . Make sure the light for the back of the truck is not turned on so that it stays on continually
Lesley GThe issues were not with the dealer. I was given a ver old and outdated truck (due to the uhaul regional coordinator). The truck was out of alignment and had no features such as cruise control. This made the drive very unbearable.

JAMES TNothing to improve on, the equipment was top notch and we had no mechanical issues. I dropped the equipment off at the return location after hours and checked it in online, unless I hear something different I believe it all went well. Another great Uhaul experience

Dennis RNo one was there to check me in, the owner was in PA. Besides that they charged me for e,tra miles without my permission, and the uhal was left with a 1/4 tank more of fuel than required, and was delivered back 2 days early. Why couldn't the price be exchanged??
Kathy JGene was hreat, but I had to drive over an hour to get to him. I will go with a different company if I have to drive that far again to pick up a U Haul.

RANDALL CI'd requested to pick up the trailer in Kirksville, MO but was contacted by the representative in Memphis, MO the day prior to pickup. This was considerably farther to go to obtain the trailer. While I realize this sort of thing happens based on the location of desired equipment, I'd appreciate notification by U-haul directly once the change in location was determined.

Eugene OBe in contact long before two days for location of pick up. Poeople plan farther ahead than you do. Cost is a factor and intended location for pick and deliver MATTERS! The consumer ends up paying you fuel cost for the extra miles than expected to pay. That's wrong for the consumer to pay for that.

Connie CThe Center Was wonderful. The issue was the equipment requested was not available as the Website had stated it was. We were down sized and the smaller unit did not meet our timeline. We probably would have changed dates if we had known that when we were working with the website.

CAROL BIts not the pick up spots its having trucks where they are supposed to be. 3Weeks should be plenty of lead time.
