Gene's service was excellent and convenient. The computerized system sent a large group of duplicate emails to my inbox. The truck ran well and had a nice new windshield making visibility much better.
Jonathan HThis location was great. Everyone was soooo helpful and friendly. Gene's Auto Repair was not the problem. The problem was U-Haul who had us drive an hour and a half to get the U-Haul. We passed two well-stocked U-Haul locations on the way to Gene's. Then, when we got to Gene's the discount I was promised was not in the system, so we wasted more time trying to get someone on the phone to make the adjustment. When we were contacted about the location change, we were told that it was 20 miles away. I think the person confused Monmouth with N. Monmouth. Just a theory. Anyway, we spent 3 hours on the road to get the U-Haul and another half hour at Gene's trying to get things straight because details on U-Haul's end were not managed.

donald dPerson was not knowledgeable about processes. Did not know how to help me hook up trailer. I had to buy the electrical connector to hook to car. These should be supplied by UHaul.

Bartley WFirst we were sent to a renter 15 miles away when there is one less than 2 miles from our start. This added about 20 miles to our overall milage charge. It took over 50 minutes to get the truck due to the computer apps kept failing, I will say the people were nice and were really struggling with the website they were on.
