Douglas GWhile this location was fantastic, I lost 2 full days of my moving time to running my truck not being able to be rented to me DESPITE having a reservation for it on two separate days! This really messed up my moving timetable so so much. If you don't have the personnel at a site to rent the truck, DO NOT ACCEPT A RESERVATION FOR THE TRUCK AT THAT LOCATION/TIME I have nothing but good things to say about the UHaul customer service reps that I spoke with concerning my reservation woes. And the guys at General Store and Bait Shop were just the very best!
