Travis YThis is by far one of the top U-Haul locations I’ve ever been to. Super clean and just a great all around location. The two people I met at the front desk were very personable. In most other locations the UHaul section seems like an afterthought. One of the previous locations seemed like in was located in what used to be a junkyard, but other than the UHaul business I couldn’t tell what else they did there nowadays.

Christopher aI just moved to Georgia and had reserved a storage unit at public storage and canceled the same day due to bad customer service and horrible location. While in the parking lot of public storage I looked up storage locations and U-Haul was not to far away so I went there, they were the nicest, and professional and they had docks for loading and unloading. And plenty of those flat dollies. It made my day

Seth JI was not properly informed that the 10 footers did not have a ramp. When I place the reservation, I told Tommy exactly what I was trying to move a washer and dryer and mattresses. I damaged the dryer, trying to get it on the truck due to not having a ramp. The staff was friendly, somewhat helpful, but didn’t explain the mileage and the amount of money I would have to pay using the small van. Worst experience ever. Then I had trouble with the gas cap trying to get gas in it to fill it up. You guys charge me $15 when I had it right there at the half more. I’m just so disappointed I probably wouldn’t use this location share .
sharon BI wasn’t even able to use the vehicle I rented. I drove it about 10 miles down the road, turned around and returned it. Mechanically unsound.

Maybe A friendly smile, could have thanked me for doing business with them. She asked for 3 other reference names besides mine in case I didn’t bring the truck back by the return time and she assisted an older white lady without checking with me or giving me the courtesy of saying excuse me while she helped someone else that came in after me as I waited at her counter.
Octavia HLocation is at a storage unit lot. Reception was friendly. Very clean. They had supplies. I would use as a pick up location as well as drop off.
Nicole EDirtiest nastiest U-Haul I have never rented. Mud on the cab floor, empty, Gatorade, bottles, cigarette packs, ketchup, packets, mud in the back of the cargo area and mud chunks down the ramp. It was mud and hair even on the “clean” blankets that I rented. As soon as I got home, I called them and ask if I could get another truck because this one was so filthy and they said no. So I was stuck cleaning it and using it.
DALE KI was charged for an additional day even though I dropped trailer off on time. I called location and he told me to call 1800 number. Very rude.
Diondra TI rented a car dolly, it was fine, but the ratcheting devices for the tire webbing should be replaced, they were rusted and a little bent, making them very difficult to operate.
MICHEAL tThe staff at the 1371 S Zack Hinton Pkwy location are some of the best people you would ever meet. I would suggest if you are renting anything from a U-Haul facility always check-in online, it makes the process so much faster and smoother. the the services they provide for moving help superb shot out to Simply The Best movers: David, HD, and Carlton they are truly their name Simply The Best. kim hManners and overall customer service needs to be improved. Not cancel people's reservations if they are an hour late due to dealing with a baby and being a parent. This location is God awful and I will never return back here. Would rather go buy my own darn trailer or truck then to be a uhaul customer again. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul was at this location. Thr lady at thr counter was angry and plain rude for no reason and ta not needed. Your a much older person so act like a freaking adult and not a child. She should be fired.
