stefan RThe only recommendation I have is that the 6’ x 12’ trailer needs to have a tongue jack installed. These are too tongue heavy to be lifted manually. The folks working here are pleasant, professional, and thorough. The trailer was ready when I picked it up and a spot was provided for easy return. Thank you Gem Tool for a quick and easy rental.

Miranda WEveryone in N.Y. was wonderful and it being the weekend before Thanksgiving with a pick up on Sunday morning it was seamless, including phone assistance to confirm pick up. The trailer’s rear light on the passenger side had two bulbs out so brakes/turn indicator worked but faint. It was noted in N.Y. location but given most people have little to no experience pulling a trailer I think it is a safety issue. Drop off owner in South Boston was available and very helpful — I will continue to use U-Haul and thanks.

Nicolas ROn short notice for an elderly friend, vacating her apartment unwillingly after 18 years, and who does not see the need to arrange things today that need to be done tomorrow. I reserved a truck after noon and picked it up by three pm. During several phone calls between me, my friend and Marlo at Gem Tool all was arranged calmly and kindly. The truck was clean, ready to go . . . off I went. A pleasure to do business with.

Tim HBrianna was stellar in her customer service handling the reservation. The van we rented was clean and ready for us. Great new location for our area. The office could definitely use a major overhaul and has a bizarre chemical smell to it, but doesn’t affect the excellent service and convenience of this location. Also, convenient key drop for after hours drop-off. Super happy with what will be our new go-to Uhaul place!
