They did not have the truck there that we were suppose to take and we had to go 48kms away to pick up another one after driving 3 and a half hours and waiting on the phone for a half hour trying to get the truck. She only gave us a $26 discount for all our troubles.jerome T.

Booked Uhaul at my nearest location a month before. Got a call 2 days before and said they don't have any available uhaul at that location. I had to to go 40 miles away to get Truck and come back which cost me around $180+ in total. Really really bad service and will never trust this company. Most important thing, I booked this truck a month before. Not happy at all. Customer reps are rude and unprofessional.amit P.

Offer a 1 day rental we had trailer for 2 days as per our rental for $62 had for 2 days but only needed for 1 day but other than that was great and we're totally satisfied thank you!TIMothy T.

Rented the trailer but did not have a 12-4 pin adapter for the lights so they told me they would rent one to me for $5 with a $20 deposit. I used the trailer and everything worked great then i dropped it after hours on a sunday.I put the adapter and wiring in the back of the trailer and went home..Came back a couple days later to get my refund for the adapter and was told they didn't get the adapter back. Meanwhile someone else had rented the trailer so i couldn't look in the back.I don't think anyone checked the trailer in at all because i was told there was no leed wire on it when i brought it back. Long story short is i never got my deposit back and i will never use this dealer again..Mark B.
The uhaul truck did not have any working A/C or heat. The temperature was hot the weekend of moving and was a horrible drive. Radio also did not work. I have used uhaul before and by far this was the most stressful and inconvenience rental for me!! The staff at this location was helpful and friendly other than that the rental and experience was less then satisfactory.JOSHUA D.

Really Really upset with this location, XTR Gateway Service Gas Station on highway 9 in Canora. I kept my trailer for a few extra days over the long weekend and returned it this morning. I pulled into the gas station, found the attendant who did the rental for me, and POLITELY asked if I should return it where we pulled it out of. He said yes, I said I would do it myself if he could get my invoice ready (as I owed for a couple more days) as I was in a hurry. This didn't sit well with some miserable little man who came out of the garage, calling himself a part-owner, and telling me I need to say please and thank-you. A confrontation ensued, I parked the trailer, paid my bill and left and will not return. Unbelievable.jarrett H.

First of all the owner of this establishment arrived intoxicated, myself and my girlfriend were actually afraid. He then asked to operate my vehicle and attached the wrong trailer to my Jeep. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible representation of your brand. I would not recommend zero stars.Emma S.

Employee was not sure what he was doing and and I waited another 40 minutes for picking up the truck. I think no one inspected the truck because we did not rent any dollies and wheeler but they were laying in the truck and from inside to it was dirty. Even with gas tank gauge was not even Half it was less than half3/8. I don't Think u-haul should do booking if they have not enough inventory because moving from one province to another is very difficult and even more when u-haul will give very tight options like pick up the truck 3.30 hours away from your town. But I will really appreciate the help of Gateway services's Manager or Owner. He was the only one who seemed to understand customers problem my daughter forget her phone we called employee but I don't think he even see and just told us he didn't find any phone. But MAnager called us in the night closing time and said he found it and going to mailed us.harshita S.

Clean out the van so it's not so dirty our mattress was brown. One tire was bald, wires were held on with gun tape on tow dolly, lights on car dolly didn't work and 4way flashers didn't not work. Inside was also dirty.Gwen B.

First of all, he did not mention the 60 deposit then he said I would get it as soon as I dropped the trailer off, which I found out was not true at all. But most importantly, the trailers lights were not working properly. I bought a brand new adapter from him, and the truck is new.MICHELLE M.
