Phone call one day prior to pick up of Vehicle, we were told not able to pick up in a closer location. One day prior also: was told we would receive an email with the new location pick up, did not receive this ... I had written it down, so was able to call & locate.david L.

Vehicle was filthy with debris under passenger and driver seats and cup holders filthy. I rented 12 blankets, the uhaul representative told me I had rented 5 they were unfolded and dirty. I would have been responsible for paying for all blankets had I not changed the contract on site. This location was changed by UHaul from my preferred location. Trying to resolve this issue took over 40 minutes on the phone. I extended my lease by 1 day in Saturday the 10th. It took 40 minutes on hold again to do this with multiple agents who I had to explain what I requested repeatedly. The vehicle functioned as expected, that was the only redeeming part of this experience.Edward D.

We were not informed this was our pickup location. We had ordered the truck from 555 Fairway. While not far apart, it's was annoying to have to chase down the truck. At least we were early for our pickup time. Upon arrival at the second location, still ahead of our pick up time, the only employee was involved in a complicated long haul transaction. We eventually received the truck 20 minutes late. A late start to an already busy day. The employee was very nice but clearly had more than he could handle alone.Michal L.

I was left to wait for someone to hook up the trailer for me for over 45minuets as I was told his manager was making him finish 2 oil changes. By the time the young guy finally came out to hook me up I had already called my husband so I told him not to bother. Now we have been charged for an extra day as the Manager put our return time as 8pm and not 10am which is the time my husband returned it on May 13th 2019. I believe this location should not be allowed t rent uhauls at all as their customer service was very poor.shanna V.

I showed up on time sat for approx 1/2 hr while 4 guys did oil change. They apologized for delay that's OK. Except for check engine light remaining on the rest of the day was finejohn S.

We had to go and pick up a dolly at another location as there was none at where the truck was getting picked up. The night before the location got changed three times for pickup. We have booked again on the 25 October from Oshawa to Ottawa hopefully we don't have the runaround we did last weekFrank D.

The mirrors weren't manageable. The gas tank is always at 3/4 in the truck, it would be a lot easier if they were always rented out as fullLeslie L.

Service people are rude, waste your time, make you wait cause it takes 3 people to work on a car and no one to service the desk. The Truck itself drove like crap as well much like the overall experience of this location. Go Somewhere else.shawn T.
I had to wait 50 min to get my truck. They prioritize their oil change service only. They do not care about uhaul customers atall. After wait so long, they found that their internet connection is bad and cannot checkin online. They gave me a contract paper which did not have any information about the contract I was booked and thus caused false statement. This will be my last service with uhaulShyam Kasun D.

i rented a cargo van for a total of 1.5 hrs and was told i could do 1 way and there would be no differance in price which was 90.46 when the van was 19.95 .49 a km i used a total of 28 kms should have been no where near 90.46 never again will i go down that rd.CHRIS F.

Trailer was not prepped for my pick up. Gate was frozen shut, trailer covered in snow, only one moving blanket was available not the pack I ordered. Also the safety chains were far to long had to wind them up so they would not drag on the ground.Ernie S.

The guy that helped us out there was great. I need you to know that. You are lucky to have him. However, my experience with UHaul overall was atrocious and unacceptable. I wasn't able to pick up where or when I wanted. I was only told this at 5pm the night before my move. The truck was apparently triple booked. I was transferred and on hold for a long time trying to get it all resolved. It looked like the truck was full (gas) because it went up to the grey line. Then we spend $45.65 to fill it and it went way past what we received it at!!!! We need some remuneration for this. We absolutely need something done for us. It made our moving experience, which is already stressful, borderline unbearable. Everyone I talk to has a negative story of their own. They are all recommending different companies for our next move. BTW, this survey doesn't cover the questions you should be asking. Not even close. Picking up the trailer was a bit frustrating. All ended well, but as a secondary part of the business there we had to wait n watch as the oil change customers were served first. So it took a simple piece of work longer than necessary. Like I said in the end it worked out ok.Mark C.
You guys didn't listen or do what you said.. I asked to pick up the van right by my brothers house where is a uhaul. Instead sent me to one way out of the way. After talking to your rep on the phone.
