Bruce KordasThe trailer wasn't swept. The car towwer was not connected well. The owner or operator had very little idea about taking care of the equipment or hooking up the tow trailer.

David KochI reserved this trailer at a U-Haul in Decatur more than a week prior to the needed date. It wasn't until the day before I was leaving Iowa to be in Decatur that someone called me and told me that I would have to drive 34 miles one-way to Sullivan to pick up the trailer. Had I known sooner, I would have checked out other options. The service at the pick-up location in Sullivan was fine - no issues. I am not happy with the customer service from U-Haul, in that they wasted my time and gas money to resolve their logistics issue.
Jon DeGroottruck cab had dried mud on the floor and graffiti on the side of the truck. I was suppose to pick up the truck in Tuscola, IL from Sam, who was most helpful in setting up the rental. I give Sam a most favorable rating, but the Sullivan location a well below average rating.
Jim McKayWOW. I drove up and ]asked. Tried to decipher how to drop off online. The person at the location came out an greeted me . Took the keys ,smiled and said if everything was OK we were good. Excellent service and business sense shown there.

HARDIK SHAHThis is a motel. No one was there and only had a drop box for keys. When we called the operator at the motel someone showed up from a room called the owner and took the keys. He didn't know what to do.

KALEB RANDOLI have seen past reviews of this pick-up location but I had no problems at all. Key pick-up was smooth and only took a few minutes as I had done all the pre-pick-up steps online.
Dawn M SchrockLocation drop off is a rip off. Took the truck back to Gateway inn, Sullivan illinois the 1st guy came out we did a truck inspection everything ok. The 2nd guy came out went out to the truck literally stood on the ground with a little whisk brush swept literally a handful and I mean a handful of sand out of the truck and charged my credit card $100.00 to clean the truck. I Will Never Use this place again. Will dispute this charge!!!!

Then we were still charged for “missing equipment “. The return place was not well marked and run down.

TODD SARGENTThis location is not able to use the mobile pickup with 0 contact. I went through the online process, went to get the key and there was no key there. I had to go inside and do the process all over again. Then the guy at the desk was on his cell phone with someone and then ended up FaceTiming the person on the phone and showed him the computer screen with all the information. They were not speaking English so I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and worried about my information. This was VERY unprofessional and I don’t know if I’ll use U-Haul again because of this experience
