There was a bit of a long wait to check out the Uhaul as they were short staffed due to an emergency. The guy working the counter was great under the circumstances though.

If you take a reservation keep it. Give more than 24 hours notice so people can make alternate arrangements. Asking a customer to go 2 hours out of their way is unreasonable no matter what your policy states. You know the busy/heavy reservation times locations and dates. Come up with a solution. Stop asking about the pick up locations and customer service - these people are NOT the problem. The problem is your logistics and scheduling.

I was quoted $76 and when I showed up I was charged more money $107 You should honor your quote price even though I had to go to a different location for the pick up because you didn’t have it available where I agreed to pick up at

BESIDES RENTING THE TRUCK I ALSO RENTED 2 DOLLYS AND 1 DZ FURNITURE PADS, WHICH WERE NOT DELIVERED WITH THE TRUCK. WE HAD TO MOVE WITHOUT THESE ITEMS. SO I PROBABLY WILL NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN. WHEN I RENT SOMETHING I EXPECT IT TO BE THERE. YOU ALSO CHANGED MY PICK-UP LOCATION. I PICKED THAT LOCATION FOR A REASON.

Trailer was dirty - had leaves and dirt in it. Was given help loading it up and checking to make sure everything was working - did it myself.
