Ensure that all vehicles are at full with gas prior to picking up the vehicle. I tried to upload the picture of just over 1/2 a tank but it just kept saying error and then it deleted my photo. The guy made me fill it up to 3/4. I already had put $60 in it and then another $20. The right wiper doesn't work well. When I told all of this to the guy he didn't seem to care.

Trailer did not have Trailer brakes which made the trailer slam into my truck everytime I applied the brake as well as telling me the money wouldn't come off my credit card I used to hold the trailer that u pay at drop off just to find out that the money was taken off the moment I walked out the location not impressed at all

I believe U-Haul should keep having their own location instead of 3rd party.. I’ve been in Vancouver and real U-Haul locations, the ones in Balzac or in Edmonton or Calgary, they all unprofessional … 1 person can’t handle a convenience store and this kinda important work.

The person in the office was more interested in listening to his soccer match while helping me and then brought his phone with him and played the match on his speaker while helping me hook up outside. When I returned the trailer no one was there to help and there are no blocks to prevent the trailer from sliding forward where they have them parked. Very difficult to try and do this by myself. I ended up finding a fence post and used it as a wheel block.

The guy at this location did not seem to understand the laws of physics. I returned the trailer at the prescribed time (20 minutes early). I did not have the dolly with me - it was still being used. I explained the dolly was an hour's drive away and that it was physically impossible for me to return it on time. I explained I could get it to him in a couple of hours but he was sincerely confused as to why I wasn't going to warp space and time to get the dolly back in 20 minutes. He told me he would charge me for being late with both the trailer and the dolly for an entire day - I hooked the trailer back to my truck and told him if he is going to charge me for being a day late I would keep the trailer.... he caved. I returned the dolly in a couple of hours. He was very curt with me.

When I picked up the vehicle it had no gas, was covered in snow and I had to scrape the windows myself, Facility did not even have a snow brush for me to use and wanted me to buy one off the shelf. Window washer fluid was frozen so had no way to clean the windows while driving. I had reserved the truck the day before and it should have been ready for me to drive not spending half an hour cleaning snow and ice off the windshield and filling the gas tank.

Rented a trailer, it was on the ground with no jack to lift it in place had to do it manually. I was by myself and when I dead lifted it from the ground it rolled forward and I had to stop it before it went under my truck, the hitches are crap as well having to twist them to secure them to the ball. Would like to know what would happen if a lady came to pick up a trailer with no one to help to lift it in place. There was only one guy in the store and so there was no one to help. When I dropped it off as soon as I took it off the ball to place it on the ground it again rolled forward good thing I had my brother with me to hold it back while I looked for something to block the tires to stop it from rolling, again having to place it on the ground for the next person to lift into place on their vehicle, hopefully they have help. Maybe invest in stands and place the trailers on level ground.

The gentleman who helped me acquire the rental was pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped me with questions about the vehicle, explained things in a manner I could understand and was amazing when I took the truck back. Will recommend for future use!

I told cashier at the store that truck has less than 1/4 fuel. He said everything is in the system. I fuelled $25 and took off. Returned truck at 1/4 ( more than what it has originally). On the invoice I was charged for fuel? Called location and was advised to call U-Haul and provide pictures. I WASNT AWARE THAT I NEED PICTURES TO PROVE MYSELF. That’s why I went inside right after I notice it has less than 1/4 fuel at first place. Please reimburse this extra fuel cost. Store cashier was nice but this was surprise.

Van was dirty . Agent never check the van with me . And also he never ask me for the insurance and he added on my receipt. I was having my insurance which I always used on rental .

The van engine warning light was on and engine oil indicator was on. But the worst part is the my Visa card has been compromised and used since the rental date of May 14 which was the last time used! I have had to cancel my card and hopefully reimbursed on illegal charges. I have rented Uhaul previously and had no issues. You should investigate this pickup location.

This location looks like something out of a horror movie. The trucks check engine light was on, had no washer fluid and had wiper blades that need replacing. The inside of the truck was filthy with dried up spilled coffee all over the dash and cup holder as well as food wrappers and old food on the floor. Quite disgusting.

They need more than one person on duty to look after gas customers and uhaul rentals. The person needs to listen to the customer and their concerns and try to correct any inconsistencies. The truck had not been checked for oil level and the person there had no idea what to do. I felt like my rental of the unit was secondary to their other duties and I was a nuisance to his regular work.

Already reviewed, but, here it is again. Fuel guage was much lower than indicated, box of vehicle was dirty ( not swept out), outside was filthy, tried to add another driver, check engine light on, ordered 12 furniture blankets and was told there weren't any. Opened the back and there were 4 . Worst location as I've rented uhaul before from other locations without a hitch.

I will never go back to this location. We had an issue with the fuel level and the person was rude, condescending and belligerent. He treated us like we were idiots, I will likely never use U-Haul again because of this person. In addition they do not maintain their lot, there is a large buildup of ice and snow, nails and screws throughout the lot. Disgusting place! I will never go here again and seriously considering using a different t company the next time I move! This location gets zero rating!

The cargo van was dirty inside and out. The back was not swept from the last time it was used. The side and back windows were so dirty, I could not see out of it clearly to drive safely. Had to stop at gas station to clean it. The dashboard and driver compartment looked like it had not be cleaned in ages. I wish I had lysol wipes for this trip. Not renting at this location ever. Other locations have been excellent.

The odometer reading and the gas level were wrong when I picked the truck. They overcharged me for their fault even after I raised with customer care. Mainly worst u-haul customer service, they could have fixed this problem before happening when I raised it in the first place.

Found after left location, on a day when the roads were really sloppy and mucky, that the vehicle did not have any windshield washer fluid - when asked upon return the dealer said he knew but didn’t have any fluid to put into it (was supposed to be getting a delivery the next day). This was a really unsafe situation and I know from dating an Area Field Manager a few years ago that this is not supposed to happen - level 1 inspections are supposed to prevent this. Otherwise the dealer was friendly and the location was clean, and the vehicle was fairly clean.

The uhaul truck had snow on the windshield which I had to clean before I could drive it. And the gas was less than half full. Did not get a printed copy of the contract or receipt as we were told that the printer isn’t working.

Truck was disgustingly filthy inside like someone had taken renovation debris in it.Drywall debris,screws, coffee lids etc. Cup holder had 1” of blue sticky liquid in it. Driver’s side back tire stuck out further from body than the passenger side. Your website also had a few glitches.

It took 1/2 hour just for the pick up process. First truck they gave me was snow covered and didn’t start. Second truck didn’t have the right gas reading and I had to prove that so I wouldn’t be charged more.

I paid $25 to 2 inexperienced, young, UHaul men to load & secure my car to the car carrier I rented from them. After driving 2+ hrs & visually inspecting the van & trailer the next morning, I discovered only one wheel was still secured; the car carrier wasn’t properly secured to the van; & the front of the car wasn’t secured to the trailer at all. Another UHaul location fixed everything before I proceeded. So my car was held on the trailer by my parking brake; my car’s transmission in park; & straps securing only the front drivers side wheel! They didn’t even know the trailers wheel cover on the drivers side could be lowered, so the drivers door can be opened. After loading, they had me crawling out of the drivers’ window & then back in from the back of the station wagon, to retrieve my car keys & close the window. Their incompetence could have caused an accident & loss of my car. Glad I did a visual, walk around inspection in the morning.
