Prefer to use a hub rather than one of these small uhaul locations that isn’t strictly a uhaul rental location.

BRUCE LThe truck definitely needed an alignment and felt/sound like the automatic transmission needed attention. Fine for local move, but wouldn't want that truck for a cross country move.

Leonard LImprove costumer service not specifically this location but when I called the website customer service nobody was helpful explaining how the drop off worked. We wanted to drop off at 7:15pm (location closed at 7pm) and we were not sure how to drop off at another location that was open or if there was a possibility to drop off at the original location even though it was closed. We had to call customer service 6 times and it took us two hours to complete the drop off. It seemed like nobody wanted to help.

VIVAN FThe truck had some mechanical issue. I ordered 3 dozen moving blankets but there were none available at this location causing me to travel to another Uhaul location to pick them up.
Coleen SWe rented trucks two weekends in a row from the same location. The first weekend, everything was wonderful and the truck was an amazing condition. Mike, the person who ran the U-Haul transaction was excellent both times. He is thorough and a very impressive multitasker. This past weekend, the truck we rented was completely covered in a white powder, some thing like plaster or cement dust. Had to wipe down the upper shelf and then mop the bed of the truck with a damp mop. We try not to use much water and therefore had to work for over an hour to get it clean enough to put our belongings in there. This is not what we expected at all. Based on the customer service experience, I think Mike does a great job. Based on the quality of equipment, it’s a mixed bag with yesterday’s experience being a real low point

DANIEL BMy mother had used her credit card to rent it as I didn't have one on me at the time, she had called there with a simple question and after answering, the owner made several disparaging remarks about me to my mother. I never had any issues there as I rented there once before and don't know where this attack came from, quite possibly it could stem from the only other time I rented there I returned the van a day late as my 2 year old son was in the hospital. I relayed this info to someone on the 1800 number as my state of mind at the time was on pins and needles about my baby. They said I'd just get charged an extra day. I have always paid every penny owed when using Uhaul but for some reason, when my mother called with a simple question he decided to rip into me, which I also felt was a violation of my privacy. I know this does not reflect all Uhaul employees, just rest assured I will never rent from that location again and have spread the word to others I know who rent Uhauls regularly. Thank you for your time.
