The 9' Cargo van I reserved was not there as promised. The person insisted I reserved the 10' truck and I must have made a mistake. I did not like the fact the rep took my license and credit card into a backroom where I had no view of them or my cards, this day and age you can't trust your identity or card info in the hands of a stranger. Why do they need a 2nd phone #, I only have 1 and shouldn't have to give a relative or friends name and # to anyone. There were loose potatoe chips on the floor in the truck cab. No moving accessories to buy at this place. Uhaul should give me my $50 for their reservation guarantee since they didn't have what I reserved...Chad B.

Chose the mobile check in feature. There was a little snafu with that. I didn't figure out until later that uhaul.com was blocked from recieving my location. So ended having to go into the office. Owner was very helpful getting my fixed.Michael K.

The app is terrible. I waited over an hour while it was stuck in the â€œAwaiting Approvalâ€ process. In the end I had to complete the rental with the gas station and what I had done online was a waste of time. Doubt I'll recommend getting a uhual online ever.Daniel M.

It's not a U-Haul "location" as I was expecting, it's a satellite location at a Gas Station. They were pleasant and took care of me efficiently but because the 4 x 8 enclosed trailer is not (as I was told) a unit that is always readily available I had to travel 30 minutes to pick it up (u-haul did provide an extra day at no charge for the inconvenience)jeff G.

I know this is now my problem as I did not verify mileage before picking up and dropping off the truck, however I drove the truck from 1065 Newman Ave, Seekonk to 23 Rainbow Lane, N.Smithfield, then to 14 Obeline Dr, N.Smithfield and back to 1065 Newman Ave. I had the truck locked an in the driveway waiting for the closing of our new house. I expected to be charged with 56 miles, instead I'm charged with 108 miles. Something's rotten in Denmark.Bill M.

The mobile app site was difficult to use. The app timed out and i had to go through order path again. When we picked up truck there were 2 orders although the first order never confirmed and timed out. The owner cancelled first order and ensured no charge due to site issue. I inadvertently did not choose 1 Way rental. Owner said i was too late to change because contract was printed. Told me to call 800 # and they could easily resolve. Called 800 # they said it has to be done at time of pickup. I have a uhaul dealer right in my town. Very disappointed.Carol D.
