Staff was friendly and assisted me with the mobile app. Truck was nice an clean and well maintained.

The truck was clean in the cab but not in the cargo area. The worst part of the experience was that I could not get a printed receipt when I returned the truck because it was explained to me the facility owner did not know how to print one. He said it would be mailed and I objected. I wanted a printed receipt. No one should be allowed to conduct business transactions if they are unknowledgeable of your business procedures.

The 10’ truck I reserved was not available and I was charged extra to use the bigger truck that was available. This is extremely unacceptable as I had it reserved... will be calling U-Haul for a refund!

Although pick up is convenient, the extras (checking the truck for "x" stickers and damages is time-consuming.

The interior cab of the truck was dirty and the truck was parked in such a way that it was impossible to see the interior of the cargo area before signing for the rental. The cargo area was also dirty - 1-2 pieces of trash left behind. The gentleman inside the Gas & Go gas station was courteous and helpful. He had to phone the U-Haul rep. to complete the sale and U-Haul paperwork, but didn't keep me waiting even though he had other customers buying gas. He was efficient and friendly. Also, it would be helpful for customers to know the gas tank capacity of the truck (in gallons), so that when filling up with gas before returning the truck the customer could better estimate how many gallons of gas are needed to return the truck with the right amount of gas. To merely say "refer to the gas gauge at pick-up" doesn't help at all if one doesn't know how many gallons of gas equal a full tank.

The contract documents are not in any format to be opened. The owner told us we wouldn't have to pay for the first 25 miles and we were charged for 30 miles. They didn't have the smaller size we wanted and charged us the full rates for the larger size. We only had the truck for 3 hours and ended up with a $74 bill for a $20 rental. The employee said the owner is away for a week. We are waiting to hear from him.

Had my reservation immediately after telling them my reservation number. Showed up early and got out of there before my actual reservation time.

This was arguably the worst driving experience of my life. I showed up to the location, and the lady had no idea what she was doing, and took her 30 minutes to finally give me the keys. Once I was given the keys, the Uhaul ran terribly, as I broke down on the highway twice, and couldn't drive over 40MPH without the transmission overheating and the "System stabilitrak" notification coming on. It was an utter disaster and I will never talk kindly of Uhaul to anyone I meet.

They didn’t explain feees or that it was a dollar a mile and then made isn’t pump the gas back in at their gas station

The location is fine. The manager was excellent. The truck ran fine. My only complaint was that the inner cab was not clean, and we had no washer fluid, had to continuously stop clean windshield.

I filled the truck up back to the line i was suppose to. Come to.find out i still got charged for fuel. Completly dissatisfied. Will never use this location again.

helpful location where they tried very hard to accommodate the drop-off because uhaul decided to change the location during the middle of the reservation; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
