I reserved my truck weeks in advance to ensure the correct size would be at the closet location to me. The night before at almost 6pm I get a call saying that I am now having to drive 20 minutes away to another location because they don't have my truck at my requested location. That completely messed up my move time as I now had to accommodate the extra drive time into this to a location I had never been. When I was on the phone with the lady who told me I got NO sympathy and NO explanation as to why my request was not fulfilled. I gave at least 3 weeks notice and was never unhappy with my experienceDavid D.

First they changed the location of pickup farther away from our house so that meant more miles/gas these when I ordered online. Second when My husband picked up the uhaul they emailed the contract to me and I was not with him but all the guy said was to return the uhaul with the same amount of gas that you started with which was 1/8 tank. That is what we returned it with. We put $20 of gas in the uhaul and only drove 40 miles total. Just very frustrated to get charged extra.AARON M.

Seemed to be over priced.. my buddy just got a bigger truck for longer time the day before and paid less than I did.. prices should be the same everywhereTodd J.
When I went to pick up the trailer, there was no one at the location to get the trailer. For some reason, the person in charge was not there at the given time. So, they had to call a woman that had just got off work to come back and do the paperwork. When it came time to get the trailer, The 6' x 12' trailer was very heavy and the nice woman couldn't help me put the trailer on. I did it myself, but it was extremely heavy for one person to lift. The woman was very nice so I can't be upset with her, but there should've been help in getting the trailer set up. This location is close to me, and I will probably use them again, but I hope they get someone more responsible people to work it there and get folks set up properly. This trailer was listed at $300.00 to rent online, but by the time taxes and everything, the cost was actually $420.00. (A bit misleading if you ask me). That's life these days I guess.:((((THEODORE W.

Trailer l rented had the flat 4 pin harness which did not match up to the plug in on my truck. I had to purchase an adapter before l could rent the trailer. The rental site should provide the adapter As newer trucks do not have the flat 4 pin harness.MICHAEL B.

Next time they need to be clear on instructions for dropping off the vehicle. We were told to drop off keys and then fill out the drop off form online. Which did not work well because we couldn't get odometer information.Brian W.
