I would not reccomend U Haul to anyone after my experience this weekend. I made a 3 hour drive praying I'd make it in a retired old truck with the engine knocking, sucking exhaust fumes, and angry that I paid $299!!Susan J.
Go to a full service Uhaul location when ever possible. This was a convenience store, the owner's were beginners and had to call for help using the U-haul software. The truck had not been cleaned, there were cigarette butts in the ashtray etc.MICHAEL M.
The people would not come out and inspect the vehicle with me there and she was very rude to us and thats why i took a picture of everything including the end miles and where the gas was and then it was reported that it was at a 1/4 tank when I have pictures of it at 3/8 of a tank with the exact miles in the same pics as when i left it. Then she had no clue we was even dropping it off there. That place was terrible!!!!! I hope I get me refund ASAP or I will go in there and raise hell!!!Tamra L.
Truck was not fueled up. Mobile app was down. It took 1 hour for me and the uhaul rep to struggle with how to check on with the mobile app. Could not check in with app due to bug in the system that would not let me proceed.Nathan B.

The guy was 30 minutes late from the appointment time, and untrained on how to use the app to check out. I had to take the iPad and figure it out myself. The entire process took another 30 minutes.Kevin R.

Nice people but had NO idea what they were doing, please leave this business to professionals!!! Stop giving this to "gas stations" and "liquor stores"!!!Paul B.
