I had to sweep out the van but the experience was great will go there all the time for my rental.Avila L.
Windshield on van was broken, I was charged $20 for after service hours when I dropped the keys off in two hours of taking the van, man tried to sell me insurance and was condescending about me having to cover costs if I damaged the vehicle. Location is just a small gas station that is difficult to get to with a couple trucks on the side not well labeled. Would not go here again.CRISTINA R.

Customer service lied and stated that were giving me extra mileage due to the distance I had to travel just to get to my pick up location that never happened. Secondly I tried to drop the truck off at one uhaul location they told me that they don't check in one way rentals, which caused me to drive and add more mileage on the truckKELLY W.
Awesome experience, the van was new with less than 20k in miles. It ran perfectly and hauled what I need to pick up at the lumber yard. Also made two trips to the dump hauling off old carpet and no longer wanted items from storage. A+ would use them again.Rodney S.

The 26 foot U-Haul truck has a very short ramp, making it too steep to get anything into the truck. As a result, one of my mover guys hurt his back because of the ramp too steep to get heavy furniture to load and unload into and out of the truck. The ramp should be longer so the slope is not too steep.Cesar C.

Did self checkout online. Still had to get the keys from inside and the tenant made me call corporate because I didn't have a reservation in the system before they released the keys. Was In the store 30 mins on the phone with Uhaul. This defeated the purpose of checking out online.Earl T.
