We were not aware that the trailer we rented had a tail light out. We received a ticket while pulling it home. Hope we are not responsible for legal issues. Otherwise the place we rented from was excellent service

There are 2 locations for Gary's Service Center in Whitney Point. We went to the first one which was deserted. We requested and paid for material to cover our furniture and it was not in the truck. We also requested to pick up our truck from a location that was open. Not happy at all with our experience. I would also like to be reimbursed for the covers we paid for.

I've rented from uhaul many times. I have had some issues in the past, nothing to write about. I will most likely never use your company again after this experience with your Hazelton location.

Make sure the equipment is there when you have something reserved. Call the customer before the pick up date if there is something wrong.

These guys were fine. BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A COMPANY SUCKSSSSSSS. I had SO much difficulty and had to cancel a whole trip and plan because y'all changed it up on me in the last min. I was hung up on repeatedly by your phone support and all in all spent several hours on the phone. the only reason I kept with you and spent my money with you was because you're literally the only option. I desperately wish I could never give your company any money ever again.

Was told 5 times my truck would be located in Horseheads location. Was called during my pick up time and had to travel 63 miles and spent time out of my day and my gas for a ride to only receive a 15% discount. More transparency plus was told it would at most be 45 miles away and was not.

I arrived at 10:20 am to a closed office for a 11am pickup. At 11:05 a random EMT truck showed up but told us they weren’t there to help us and a few minutes later the shop owner came in turned on the snow covered vehicle and mentioned I was supposed to just take the vehicle because I applied for quick check in. I was not aware that I could just take a truck. He was very nice but when he tried to get the truck out of the spot it was stuck in the mud and had to be towed out of the spot with a chain. Even if I knew that I could just take the truck I wouldn’t have been able to get it out of its spot. It put me back in Time about 1hr.
