Staff is very friendly and helpful
Tony M.Location was closed so we used app. However, had extreme difficulty with the app as it would not allow us to complete the registration. Finally we had to call 1(888) for assistance in completing registration and getting truck.

Best practice for uhaul would be to discontinue its business relationship with Garrons Auto, Yarmouth NS and affiliate itself with a more reputable, established business.

Randy D.I was quoted over the phone by Halifax that I would only be charged one day cause the closed weekend. I repeated this to the dealer when I picked up the trailer telling her I would bring it back when they opened Monday morning. the ONE DAY charge she put on my card when I was there was $42.49- one day. that was the agreement over the phone with dispatch in Halifax and clearly with the local dealer. when I got final receipt is ee the charge is $127.48. I would like to see my card reimbursed the difference.

edward A.What ever was used to clean the cargo area was scented. The movers keep coming out to get away from the smell and the scent is all through our belongings. the truck has a major leak and an electric lift chair, electric lift bed and a love seat we all soaked with water. they are discolored and smell. We summited a claim-no 5 min reply
