Does not apply since this WAS NOT where we were supposed to pick up our truck!! We were told the night before to pick up our truck in a location 30 minutes out of our way!! NOT even in our town! Where there are many locations IN our town. No discount for our trouble or help in gas! Nothing! We had all kinds of issues with the app being slow once we got there, because the place was closed & we also did not have the dolly in the truck we needed & had ordered!! VERY frustrating day! We were long time Uhaul renters & used your company for may events, hauling gear for camps/ our av business etc...& moving friends & family. We won't again. Not after the non helpful manner we were treated & the added frustration at dropoff!

I ask for a vehicle trailer to fit a regular size pick up truck and they gave me a car trailer instead. We had to switch vehicles going on the trailer and this was very stressful.

There were marijuana cigarette butts in the back of the truck I notified the place where I picked it up and the place where I dropped it off. The truck needs to be thoroughly cleaned so that the next person that rents it will not get stopped by the police and be put through all sorts of grief hassle and aggravation.

Hope that reservation is correct. I had confirmed and reconfirmed reservation, only to get there and it be wrong. After 2 hrs, many calls and being put behind schedule I dealt with it but wasn't happy

First of all, I made a reservation on the phone for 15 foot truck and when I reach the location I was informed that it was changed to 26 foot without informing me. Secondly, nobody calls days before pick up date to confirm the time and the location. Lastly, I was reassign the location due to not having the 15 foot truck, I was giving the 20 foot and the truck was park in a way that I had so much difficulty to get it out. The small pick up truck was parked in front of U haul truck. Also, when doing self checkout on the phone, the customer repressntative put wrong mileage despite repeating several times on phone. Very bad experience. Whole situation wasted two hours and I hired people to pick the stuff which I have to pay extra due to U haul miscommunication.

I know the employee had to go to lunch and it could not be helped that they were not there when I arrived, but I like to do my returning in person...keys in hand and an in person confirmation that all was well with the return. I got busy and did not call so all I can do is hope all was good with my return to Garrett's. The mechanic that showed me where to put the key was very helpful. I was very grateful that this location was available and was so close to my home. Thanks.

We were charged 2 day and know corporate says that we were on an hourly rental. But we were charged 2 days.

Follow thru with truck inspections with customers, 5 miles down the road sensor came on indicating low tire. Opened box upon arrival at home to find dolly left inside, bonus for me until return, when drop off location wanted to give me hassle for rental overage fee.

They are closed Sat and Sun so when you call it gets forwarded to someone who has no clue what is happening on the Uhaul stuff. They tell you the Uhaul girl comes in on Monday. The location is pitch black not lighted well .. Do not go as female alone !!

We reported the gear shift was loose when we picked up the rental. We made them aware, and they said they would check it out on return of the rental. It did not affect the performance of the truck. This is the second time to use U-Haul trucks.

The woman behind the desk at Garrett auto motive struggled using the uhual computer software. It took her about 45 minute s to take all of my information. Not to mention I had wanted to rent from uhual the day before but was unable to due to problems with uhual computer software

The truck was loose in handling and driving, I was afraid it would break down before arriving at my destination. Tires were out of balance or were bad, suspension was shot. Considering the poor truck I was given, the charges were ridiculously high. I will no doubt look elsewhere for my next move.

The location had no furniture pads and I had ordered pads so I had to go somewhere else for pads, the amount of gas in the truck was far less than they marked on the slip, we did not inspect the truck together, and the location was 45 minutes out of the way as a pick up

The only good part of the experience was that the owner is very friendly and nice. If this is most important to you and you have time on your hands while you are moving, then stop reading now. I had to wait nearly an hour for the representative to begin processing the equipment, even though he told me I could come at 9am. He did NOT know how to use a computer, much less the UHaul reservation system. I looked over his shoulder before he processed my credit card. Good thing, because he was about to charge me over $97,000. Not that the charge would have gone through, but I really just wanted to DO IT FOR HIM! It took another hour to drive away in a UHaul truck. This is not the location I selected as a preference. Apparently, now I have a good reason not to select this location. Miserable overall experience!

I reserved my uhaul several days prior to my pick-up day only to be called 8 minutes from my pick-up time to be informed that my uhaul was no longer available. I had to drive an hour away for the nearest available uhaul. If reservations cannot be guaranteed, at least give your customers longer notice of such information. My experience was very unprofessional and could have been conducted differently. "Apologies only, no excuses" is something your employees should also be taught.
