I rented a vehicle for 4 hours. The vehicle was returned exactly 4 hours later. When I returned the vehicle , the desk agent was not there. Another employee of the facility, a mechanic apparently told me to just leave the keys on the desk and that everything would be taken care of. Looking at my final invoice I realize that I have now been charged for a full 5 days rental!!!!!!!!
James S.They need to know about the reservations. I got there and the only cargo have they had was being blocked by someone's vehicle.

Ashley G.Poor customer service I waited over an hour because the guy at the front was to busy dealing with several other things before me. He told me to just a minute over sixty minutes. I was the only customer he had. Defeated the purpose of me picking up the truck there. He didn't care about the uhaul business only his. Unatentiv and dismissive. Would never choose this place again to pick up my uhaul. If you don't want uhaul business there then don't have it if your body going to dismiss the customers. Horrible service!
