Good fast service
No need to improve. It was a very convenient experience.
I was told the vehicle was ready to go. When I got to the truck the hood latches run laps on both sides. I got in the truck to leave there was a warning light lit on the dash which I thought was telling me that the fuel was low since it only had a quarter tank of fuel in it. I got about 90 miles down the road and the truck started overheating. That's when I found out that the warning light was telling me that there was no cap on the radiator overflow fortunately I was near an auto parts store that was open on Sunday who had a radiator cap that would fit the truck so I bought the cap and I bought more coolant and I was able to continue on. Later that night in the middle of the Nevada desert I discovered that I did not have any tail lights on the dolly that I rented it would have been discovered in the lot if they would have checked it in the light before I left but they didn't.
Bob, was excellent and very friendly. I would recommend someone to go to him to rent any U-haul or any assistance. I really appreciate his honesty and help in getting the U-Haul trailer.
I would recommend this place for storage or for renting a uhaul. The business was closed and he made it a point to come out to help us. He took time out of his day off to help us and was very pleasant. This location has a A++++++ Rating in my book.
Your reservation software is HORRIBLE!!!! TAKES FOREVER TO RESERVE OR RETURN ANYTHING. This the last time I rent from you. I am going with your competition.
No problem with the Oroville site. This was not the location we booked the truck! It was to be available at the Yuba City U-haul and was not returned by the prior customer! Clerk checked the area and found 15" Truck in Oroville. This put our move behind by 2 hours as it sent us 60 miles out of our way (round trip). U-haul needs to change their policy of allowing customers to extend their rental an extra day for a small fee ($40.00)! The YC store was out our $260.00 rental fee! Makes no sense!
The gentleman living and working at this location is wonderful, kind and very customer service oriented. He was delightful and helpful. I was very lucky to have him help me.
The worker there was really awesome. Rob, Bob or something, I'm bad with names but he was really nice and helpful.
We went to this out of the way location because they were supposed to have the equipment we needed. When we arrived, it turns out the equipment we reserved was not available. The manager at the location found us another truck at the same price, but what is the point of teaching and reserving inventory if it isn't actually available? We ended up driving a much larger vehicle than we needed. This location also had no cell reception which made filling out online security forms impossible.
the .70+ a mile was not cheap, but it met my needs and I was satisfied. The gentleman made sure I had everything I needed and understood the contact methods, location of the jack and spare tire. He was pleasant to deal with and will get my business in the future.

This location was excellent!! If you must use Uhaul than I would use this location everytime. My issue was the Uhaul reservation and call center. I have rented trucks/trailers twice in the last 2 weeks and both times got a call less than 24 hours before stating that my location will not have the equipment. Today was ridiculous, I had to pick up my truck in a town 30 mins away from the original location and then the trailer was 30 mins in the opposite direction!! So glad I am done with my move. I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone else.
Need to put the real price on the truck rental- $50, not $19.95
I was supposed to rent the truck in Chico where I live, but was told the day before my move there was no truck ? There was one 25 miles away that I could have, but would have to drive up and get it, so after getting it and driving back I had put 50 miles on it. When I got to Oroville to pick it up, there was no one at the site. I waited 30 minutes and someone finally showed up, he said that U-haul should not have scheduled a 2:00 pick up because he takes lunch until 2:30.....He was super helfpul, at the Garden Drive U-haul in Oroville.Everything else went fine ...
The male representative I worked with was definitely not someone I would want handling the customer service part of my business. He was pushy and rude. And when I finally called him on it his disposition changed to a bit better. I would give him a D in the Customer Service rating. Other than that I was happy with your UHaul. I have used you several times before. Thank you.
truck we reserved was not available. had to drive to another location to get a smaller truck . Took more time and extra gas to get to the different location. Reservation was not honored. Disappointed in U Haul reservation system. Had to make two trips with smaller truck. Cost more in miliage. Not happy !!!

Drop off location in Oroville was excellent. Very friendly staff and very respectful!
Took almost an hour to just get my uhaul. Instructions were not clear on where lockbox and key were. Uhaul had old eaten sunflower seeds in it plus a used coffee cup lid.
Overall appearance was poor. Junkie looking

I rented from Bob 2 years ago, so I am a returning customer. The van was new with only a couple of hundred miles. Easy trip, happy, and satisfied with the vehicle.
I cleaned it before i returned it I just don't think ink he has the help to keep it clean being such a big vehicle by beides that a completely ideal experience
The location I made the reservation with screwed up and rented my truck to another person and said I had to drive 30 miles away if I wanted the same size truck which was annoying since I was already driving from 3 hours away so I had no choice but to do it. The trailer had bald tires on it when it was picked up and brought that up to the workers attention and he said they were fine. An hour into my drive a tire blew out and I had to wait an hour and a half on the side of the road for someone to come fix it with my 2 year old .Tires were also low on air and said it was fine. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied and would like some money back. Luckily for you guys I move a lot and don't have many options for who to use
The drop off dealer was the absolute best ever ! He called me ahead of my drop off and checked on how my trip was going and made sure I had his phone number for any problems Superb service.

I was not happy after the fact that the person did not make it clear for me about the gas. I was not told that I could put the gas back on if I can or will be charge. I was disappointed that I was charge for all the gas that other driver drove but did not fill up the tank. I fill like I was ripe off. He said it was the U-haul way of dealing it and there was nothilng he could do. So my brother said just pay it. I told my brother that the gas was on 1/2 when I got the truck. I used only 1/4 of the gas and he wants me to pay for the gas to fill it back to Full is not right. I do not mind paying it if I just pay it the amount of gas to fill it up to 1/2. The person told me I have to fill the gas all the way back to Full. He had to charge me the gas which was $45 more. I was confuse because when I rented and did not leave the property. I was not told of paying the whole gas and filling it all the way back to Full. Therefore, I fill I was rip off and I will not recommend anyone to use this U-Haul place. I do not want them to experience the same thing I did.

Absolutely nothing. Bob, the representative was very polite, knowledgeable, kind, and lenient when I called to say I was going to be running late on returning our truck to his facility.
Owner should not be so rude. Dealing with public.
Give some IT support, so your computer system at the pick-up location works more reliably.

Great service, got me the right truck for the job, got the job done, got the truck back. How can it be better?
Very difficult access, could not use the automated system due to no internet and had to wait 45 minutes past reservation time to get attendent to assist me. I am handicapped and given a truck with no ramp and had much difficulty getting into cab. Had to pay someone else to drive it. Had to pay two people $35.00/ea for the 1.5 hours they waited past appointment time. I had to wait another 2 hours for them to be able to come back to help load the truck, Thus causing an addition round trip on the mileage. I over filled the gas by 1/4 tank on return! then found that I was charged an additional $87.00 the next day. My confirmation on reservation said $57 and the man invoiced me $106. then turned around and charged another $87 on my card 7/13!
The owner was very professional and pleasant. He was one of the few U-Haul dealers in the entire area that actually answers his phone and he was very sweet. I would recommend and give his location business again.
