I got a trailer from this location, the person there suggested flipping over the hitch. I told him to do it. Come to find out, when we dropped it off at our destination, he didn't tighten the ball on correctly and we could have lost the trailer and everything in it. NOT happy. The lady in the office was great as usual.John A.
Trailer jacks need to be installed on the trailers. If one has an issue and needs to unhook from the loaded trailer, it would be almost impossible without creating a true hazard to those involved. Swing away 1000 lbs.jacks are not expensive and could save someone from serious injury.Corbet R.

The location was great. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the Uhaul system as it was down when I went to pick up the tow dolly. This location did everything it could to help and get me on my way. Uhaul's main customer service was absolutely no help and offered no solutions when they Uhaul system had failed and we had to delay for over 2 hours until the system allowed Uhaul locations to do anything (we spoke with other Uhaul locations, it was down completely across Uhaul as a whole when we went to pick the tow dolly up).Jason J.

Office seemed disorganized. Truck was damaged. Although damages had been recorded so that we wouldn't be held responsible, they did not let us know that in advance.Katherine B.

Confusion & indifference abound at this location. The service was unprofessional, a reservation made a month earlier was not enough to secure my preferred truck size & I had to sweep out the truck before loading it - the last thing you need on moving day. I would avoid this location at all costs. As a long time U-Haul customer, l feel their service has declined in recent years & I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future & I hope that you do to.James D.

I never received a call from UHaul confirming pickup and drop off locations. First location didn't have trailer at pick up location even though I had confirmed the previous day. I was sent to Carmichael to pick up a dirty trailer that had just been returned. I was told I could return trailer to any location. After the fact I received a call telling me a return location. A lot of confusion with this reservation.TAMI J.
I got a appliance dolly that was in terrible shape. One of the belts was missing, The other was so torn up, it would not have lasted long. the wheels were warn and so old that they were white. I tore up my threshold before I discovered. it. I took it to another store and exchanged it.Darrel A.

This was the second location I was sent to after I made a reservation at the main location on Fry Blvd..... I was suppose to pick up my truck on Friday but when I got there they didn't have the truck and told me that they moved my reservation to the crayon location for pick up and they closed at 5 I made my reservation to pick up Friday evening they said it was put down that someone had called me but I didn't receive any calls.....I had to chance my plans and rush to take my Daugther back to college..... Maintenance the vehicles so you don't get a mile down the road to have lights coming on alerting that oil change is required. Train employees to be educated on providing accurate pricing and not suggesting a single woman with children put oil in your trucks. When a customer files a complaint and you say you're going to credit certain amount of dollars, make sure that happens. That was final lie UHAUL will give me and word of mouth goes far and I'm telling just what a horrible experience you have me.. You suck!ADRIANNE M.

when I called and made the reservation I was calling a specific location that I knew of and the person that made the reservation was not clear that I may not be able to pick up the truck at that location at the time that they open which I was told was 7 o'clock a.m. . I never received a phone call the night before letting me know where I was supposed to pick up the truck and what time now would be understanding that location I was calling opened at 7 a.m. I was not picking the truck up from there and the location I was picking the truck up with that opened at 9 am. which totally screwed up plans I had made. it question that opposed to the person you're speaking to could be answered appropriately so that things are clear.toni T.
