Drop off went much better than pick up. Sufficient lightning to take photos. Nobody on site after business hours. There is no U-Haul box at this location to drop the key. So, again called the 1-800 line and chatted again, in order to get help. Waited about 30 min to finally got instructions to leave the key in a hole in the garage door.Monal B.

On n'a pas fait l'inspection du camion avec moi afin d'identifier les bris prÃ©existants sur le camion ( pare-chocs avant ) La boÃ®te de camion contenait deux boites vides et un tas de poussiÃ¨re. La cabine du camion contenait encore le contrat du locataire prÃ©cÃ©dent ainsi qu'une cannette de Redbull. La commis m'a informer qu'elle ne pouvait pas me fournir de diable pour Ã©lectromÃ©nager car ils n'en ont pas en inventaire. J'ai donc acheter un diable tous usage pour rÃ©aliser que le camion en contenait un ! La commis avait annuler les frais pour la location du diable.Patrick S.

On the other hand, I would not recommend the U-Hall in Ste-Marguerite du Lac Masson or I wanted to take my U-Hall rental. I called 5 times, left two messages, they never call me back, never. Also, I checked in twice, during opening hours posted on the door and they were closed. Really frustrating situation. So I had to travel 20 miles to Ste-Adele, to pick up my truck. If this site is close, take out your U-Hall equipment, there will be no more confusion and frustrationPierre A.
The charge was considerably higher than quoted when I made the reservation. The rental charge was 29.95. It appears it was charged twice. I booked from noon to 6pm. When I arrived for the pick-up I was told the girl who handled rentals was at lunch and was to come back at 1pm. Therefore the rental started at 1pm. It took half an hour to process The six hours I booked therefore ended at 7 or 7:30pm, by which time I had returned the truck. Either this is a clerical error, or someone is fiddling the books! Tires were bald, slick; so used the truck was dangerous to drive even in normal conditions ... unfortunately it was winter here in Canada and roads are covered with snow during this season here: the truck could simply not drive where I wanted to go, just 5 miles from the pickup point, it was sliding and spinning on pavement. No assistance received after so many phone calls, no one seems accountable, very poor customer services. I hated my experience with U-HaulLaurent S.

Stop sending clients to Ste Agathe at the adreess you are indicating, 950 Prrincipale, to return the truck as this location no longer accepts returns. It is unaccptable that you tell clients to send their truck to a location that wont accept the return of the truck. I had to drive ean extra 209Km plus come backin taxi because of this.stephane P.

First of all, the truck did not have any winter tires, therefore i had to ask a friend for help since your truck could not meet safety and legal standards of the province of quebec. I had to move a mattress on a snowy road, therefore the rented truck couldnt climb the hill. Second, the back door was frozen, therefore we had to go back to the location in order for a uhaul personnal to unfreeze it which cause delay and waste of time. In addition you change the dropoff location to a location that was closed, not well plowed where no one answered or call back to the message i left. I called the montreal location, who transfered me to the head office who transfered me to the manager district who never replied. I did not receive a decent service nor equipment which is totally unacceptable. No one was able to help me out in any of the calls i have made. There was no box to leave the key, therefore i had to go back the next morning in order to leave the keys. This was the worst rental service i have ever had and I will never be renting or recommanding u-haul service to any body.jessica S.

the problem I had first of all my drop off point was to be saint-fautin, I went to check out the drop off point, just to be inform it is not there call uhaul, then was changed to mont-tremblant on the 3rd of july, then to find out on saturday once return to harington changed the drop of sainte alphohe de howard, I got it change to sainte-adele. The reason giving to me the change from mon-tremblant because they were not a drop location. I can not understand because the 1942 chemin du village in mont-tremblant was given by the person who takes care of the location of the trailers . very disappointedHelene B C.

good service from the pick up location but u-haul internet service is bad. Requested trailer to be near my location but ended up being 50km away. nobody called to let me know. I asked for blanket but location did not have any. I wont use u-haul anymore and will not recommended anybody to use u-haul eitherJean-Sebastien G.

DeuxiÃ¨mement, l'etat du camion Ã©tait dÃ©plorable, les pneus sont usÃ©es et surtout des pneus d'ete Ce qui c'est conclut par nous qui sommes restÃ©s coincÃ©s pendant prÃªt d'une heure dans une entrÃ©e qui pourtant avait Ã©tÃ© dÃ©neigÃ©e et dÃ©glacer le matin mÃªme..... c'etai Ma premiÃ¨re location Uhaul et c'etait la derniÃ¨re, je loue chez discount au moins 1 fois par annÃ©e et jai jamais eu de problÃ¨me comme j'ai eu avec vous! The computerized system failed while the U-Haul representant tried to register the truck I wanted to rent and it took over 1h30 to wait for your customer support to answer him and to arrange things so he could release the vehicule. This is very unprofesionnal of your company and this shows a very poor service that need a lot of improvementFRANCIS B.
