Stop sending clients to Ste Agathe at the adreess you are indicating, 950 Prrincipale, to return the truck as this location no longer accepts returns. It is unaccptable that you tell clients to send their truck to a location that wont accept the return of the truck. I had to drive ean extra 209Km plus come backin taxi because of this.

Worst experience ever. Won’t do bussiness anymore with them. Major issue with the billing. Not able to talk to anybody to fix the problem.

First of all, the truck did not have any winter tires, therefore i had to ask a friend for help since your truck could not meet safety and legal standards of the province of quebec. I had to move a mattress on a snowy road, therefore the rented truck couldnt climb the hill. Second, the back door was frozen, therefore we had to go back to the location in order for a uhaul personnal to unfreeze it which cause delay and waste of time. In addition you change the dropoff location to a location that was closed, not well plowed where no one answered or call back to the message i left. I called the montreal location, who transfered me to the head office who transfered me to the manager district who never replied. I did not receive a decent service nor equipment which is totally unacceptable. No one was able to help me out in any of the calls i have made. There was no box to leave the key, therefore i had to go back the next morning in order to leave the keys. This was the worst rental service i have ever had and I will never be renting or recommanding u-haul service to any body.

Il n'y avait pas de camion a BoisBrillant telle que convenu à 0700 du matin. J'ai du conduire 40 a st-Adele pour prendre le camion se qui m'a retard de 1h20. Du plus, a st-Adele le camion etait dans la neige que j'ai du pele moi-meme et déneigé le camion du meme moment. Ce qui ma fait perdre un autre 1h. Plus le gaz que j'ai du mettre dans mon auto pour l'aller retour a St-Adele. Je sais pas d'ou l'erreur est survenu, mais le service a été minable

It's a car repair garage and the mechanic was clueless on how to complete my reservation/ rental. It took almost an hour and a few phone calls to Uhaul for him to succeed.

Seul bémol, le plein d'essence n'était pas fait. Il est impossible de remettre un véhicule avec exactement la quantité de départ si le plein n'est pas fait ! tout le reste était parfait.

the problem I had first of all my drop off point was to be saint-fautin, I went to check out the drop off point, just to be inform it is not there call uhaul, then was changed to mont-tremblant on the 3rd of july, then to find out on saturday once return to harington changed the drop of sainte alphohe de howard, I got it change to sainte-adele. The reason giving to me the change from mon-tremblant because they were not a drop location. I can not understand because the 1942 chemin du village in mont-tremblant was given by the person who takes care of the location of the trailers . very disappointed

good service from the pick up location but u-haul internet service is bad. Requested trailer to be near my location but ended up being 50km away. nobody called to let me know. I asked for blanket but location did not have any. I wont use u-haul anymore and will not recommended anybody to use u-haul either

Respect client reservation and deliver. I had reserved blankets for the move which were not available and was simply ignored, leaving me without protection for my move. Computer was also very slow once I showed up.

List this place (Micango) as your retailer on your website. Would be much more easier to rent or reserve a vehicule. Thank you.
