I have no issue with the location other than it was 16 miles away from where we requested and took 40 minutes to drive there each way. U-Haul accommodated a later return so it ended up okay.

They told me that I would receive money back if I returned my rented trailer to a u-haul site at my end destination (a one-way rental). I had 7 days use of the trailer for a cost of $530 and returned it 3 days early (was a one way rental). The place I turned it into knew nothing about rebates or pro-rating. When I called the customer service number for u-haul, they took my information and sent an appeal to management, but the service representative said there is no pro-rating for one-way rentals. I saw someone using the trailer the a day or two later (same number and license plate), so the company incurred no loss of time or funds in having to relocate the trailer. If I had been properly informed about the rental, I would have taken more time, used less gas, and put less wear on my own body. For the money I paid I would have thought I'd be properly informed.

I just want to say I was incorrectly charged 12 days AFTER I RETURNED MY UHAUL and haven’t received an email back. I did however leave this stupid email asking me to review uhaul. The manager wasn’t on site when we dropped it off and they never checked me in even though they sent me a receipt. This was last Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and they charged me for a late fee. I wasn’t late. I was at 8am the day it was due back. I emailed a receipt for proof. NO RESPONSE.
