The clerk that was working on Saturday was by himself. He had a store full of customers and we had to wait until he could help us. He couldn't get the contract through on his cell phone. We waited there for 2 hours until we finally got the contract on. Experience was horrible. I hope I never have to go there again for U-Haul.

Took over an hour to turn this item back in. One convenience store employee. I had to wait every time some one came to the register to buy an item and it was steady.

This has to be one of the worst places to rent a truck from. They are very unorganized and don’t keep records of their trucks. They will charge you for fuel that wasn’t in the truck

The drop off location smelled like urine, the staff couldn't work their own computer or provide a receipt, and they didn't tell me there was a balance owed.

I have been called and received a nasty voice mail saying we should return 2 rentals— couldn’t get the sorry app to work so all you have to rely on is the return center. Awful experience in every way with UHaul. You monopolize the market right now but I hope someone comes along and does a decent job.

They were not knowledgeable about how to rent a Uhaul. I had to go in twice because the first person claimed not to know how to rent. We had to unhook the trailer from the Uhaul ourselves because we didn't need it and there was no one there but the cashier. Very unorganized.
