I'm 75% sure no one at U-Haul will read this. But by circumstance someone does, call me. I'd be happy to share my experience. I will NEVER use this location again. I was charged $384 for a motorcycle trailer that I was told would be $24 for a day. I used it for a day and was later charged for two days after the mistake was caught (and a number of phone calls to Uhaul customer service). No one helped me hook it up, no one helped me check it back in upon return. Hands down the worst Uhaul experience ever.Chad M.

The owner wasn't present but left a phone number. I called that and he said he would mark it as "checked out". I later received a call from Uhaul asking if I was going to check it out (the owner apparently didn't check it out for me). I informed uhaul that I had the trailer and we completed the check out via phone and email. my concern is that if later it reports trailer as being damaged by me, I wouldn't have recourse (as I did not damage or get the trailer dirty). I did take pictures prior to leaving with the trailer. I completed check-in via the uhaul website.Kurt A.

The guy was not helpfull at all. He didn't get out of the chair. Was really rude. Missed charged me and was mad about it when I called him about it. Was swearing at me on the phone. The place smelled like crap. Will never rent a Uhaul from there again!JOSHUA M.

There was no onsite office or personnel - we should have been informed of this. Even with the instructions we had a difficult time getting the trailer off - a kind customer shopping nearby saw us struggling and helped us with the process. Well for one that wasn't my original pick up place! Pine city was I was given confirmation of the pine city one get down there and no trailers I had drive to lindstrom to pick-up. Waste 3 hours of loading time makes me late for making to Waco I didn't get unloaded had to do next day! And All is $50.00 off the price that's real noble for the you have to pay. Then had everything online without assistance on hooking the trailer.Dean R.

Holy fucking god damn have you seen this fucking place??? Ridiculous. Unprofessional, unclean, slow, unknowledgeable. Not to mention CLOSED when I got there because the guy has closed shop but still hangs out there eating snacks and drinking beer and vodka cokes! And that was the place I was forwarded to after the first place didn't have the truck. Never using U-Haul again!Grant S.
I returned the trailer on Wednesday evening and was told I would get an email receipt that day. I didn't get a receipt, so on Thursday afternoon, I returned to the location and found that the trailer hadn't been checked in. The person checked in the trailer for Wednesday evening and I received an email receipt. I shouldn't have had to return to follow up.DAVID S.

OMG... it's a bait shop... fine, but the guy was rude and he called us into the backroom because that's where he kept his UHaul computer, but it looked like he was living there! It was an absolute pigsty with dogs laying around, clothes strewn all over the place, kitchen and bath faucets in boxes stacked up all over the place. Ugh... Plus he didn't check the tire pressure so we had to fill the tires. It just seemed like he was doing UHaul because it could supplement his bait shop income.ANDREW H.

I checked in on line and the person taking car of me still couldn't find my reservation. He had me switch trucks twice. I paid for blankets and he was out and would not refund them, told me to go to another location and pick them up myself. He was using very bad language the whole time we were waiting fir the truck. Have competent employees that know how to hook up a trailer and how to connect the wires. We got half a block away in the trailer slammed right into my aunts van, The guy just set it on the ball, he did not attach it. Thank God a police officer from that town stopped and helped us hitch it properly. This was in Lindstrom MN. I have been waiting over a week and the manager has still not gotten back to me.
