Pick up was a nightmare. No one at the site had a clue. Had to speak with Uhaul phone representative for 1 hour while in the store to finally get things sorted out. Uhaul van had low tire pressure in one of the wheels upon pickup.

A little delayed checking in and getting started but the genuine nature of the attendant and his congenial demeanour countered. Super easy process both on line and at location, perfect location, well maintained equipment, overall very good experience.

The guy that Rented Us the u-Haul needs help it took him 30 minutes to park cars instead of renting us a U-Haul which only takes 5 minute or less but nope he had us waiting all day then the manger kept telling us to wait when we was in a bit of a rush

Do not state you have 24 hour availability when you don't! I did not get my reservation for a full HOUR after my reserved time as the only people at the given location for the key kept directing me to the obviously closed store. All of this hassle for the key to be in the store and with the very people I kept asking. The man who finally gave me the key said the women don't know how to process the U-Haul orders. Then why are you taking reservations for times when you do not have the correct staff to service those who make reservations. And to top it off, NONE of my ordered equipment was in the truck. Absolutely ridiculous.

Equipment was pretty clean but still had a good amount of dirt/dust especially in the footwells, although this was acceptable The app process is straightforward but uploading the pictures is super slow, consider having the app resize the pics on the phone before uploading. It would hand 10-20 seconds after each picture

Returning the U Haul to this location was totally different than the pick-up location. The drop off was not done professionally nor thoroughly. The gas gauge needle was touching the 1/4 tank mark but on the shy side of it and the attendant said it was in between the 1/8 and1/4 tank, which it was not. That is a very advantageous interpretation of the gas gauge. Needless to say I will be recommending the pick up location for their professionalism and the not the drop off location for their complete lack of it.

The guy who helped me check in and out was great. Prompt and helpful. The location did not have a piece of equipment I had ordered and swapped in something else that was not as useful for me. The truck was FILTHY. I found an empty beer bottle and a cardboard holder for a six pack of modelo behind the seat. Everything was sticky and covered in crumbs like an alcoholic toddler had been driving. I would not recommend uhaul to a friend because of the filth.

They gave the truck dirty and when I give it back they charge me a cleaning fee for the things that I didn't leave, the office where close and I was there when a previews customer gave back the truck no one when to check it out and so I was charge for the preview client

I was considered an “Alert/Caution” customer because I don't have driver license from US. I have an international driver license and all representatives who support me online (chat) struggling to understand and help me during the rental process. I had my process reproved for more than two times. When I spoke in person with the a UHaul at the location this problem were solved. I recommend you to improve the online rental process, its not good to see you are a customer with an “Alert“ once it wasn't my fault to provide the correct information.

Overall it was a good experience. The only thing wrong was that the lock on the back of the truck was broken. Thankfully there was an Ace nearby where I could go buy one quickly but still a pain.

During a pandemic like this I was SHOCKED to see the agent helping me had gloves but not a mask and was sweating profusely, the blankets were sitting in a garage and he just shoved them in a plastic bag, I had no idea if they were clean or not. Furthermore, the truck was not as clean as I would have expected again given we are in a crisis right now. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered an appliance dolly, on line when I arrived there wasn't one. I ordered moving pads, when I arrived there was none. I elected to have no insurance on my move, when I looked at the bill he charged me for insurance. When I returned the truck I told him that I didn't order insurance, he said he couldn't do anything and would issue me a credit via email in 20 minutes, I still haven't seen it

The mobile check in process was an absolute mess. I got the store to check in. First off it didn't help that the cashier barely knew any English. So, i really couldn't communicate that well with her. I show her my reservation. She stated that i need to have the truck#. No where in the reservation, app, or confirmation page does it state that information. I call the customer service line, and sit on hold for 20 min. Eventually i get the truck number. I go back inside to give the rep the truck number. She says "you need to check in with the app". I assumed i had to because that's what the instructions stated, but the app wouldn't allow me to. It kept saying "start check in at 10am". It was 1045. Eventually the woman just gave me the truck key. She didn't ask for id or credit card. I thought that was strange. But no problem, she also didn't check to see where the gas gauge was at either. Truck was clean. No odour issues. Returned it 4 hrs later with a full tank of gas. Process should've been much less complicated.

When I arrived, the person in charge was serving coffe. I waited my turn but he, instead of assisting me, went serve other customers. When I complained, he told me that for his boss it was more important what he was doing than renting a van.

My bad experience wasn't with the location, they did their job perfectly and were very friendly. My problem was with the 24/7 share, I was supposed to pickup the truck with my U-Haul app and it was impossible, I had to spend more than 45 minutes on the phone, with people that were doing me a favor and had to wait that long in a curbside and at the end they had to do a manual dispatch, this was an awful experience and very disappointing.

I was charged for gas that I returned at the same level I was charged for insurance I waived. No one was available the the time of return. So I could dispute the charges

When I arrived with my wife we were told the employee in charge was running late by a women. We waited for 40 minutes before we were helped. For a company with so much history in this nation it is my opinion this performance is unacceptable. We will probably rethink twice before choosing Uhaul again.

I made a reservation at 6 am and they did not leave the keys. I had to call twice for them to re booked at 6.30 am for me to be able to run the reservation in the web page and then there were no keys. I had to wait until 8 AM that they opened and lost time at work ( non paid time) and move my entire schedule for the day. On the call they said I will have a $50 reimbursement that I need ASAP because of the poorly service and lack of compromise the company had with me today.

Ask your employee why he had to start moping the whole gas station and then clean his desk for 25 minutes before checking me out? Don't let your employees to be rude with your customers, your employee was on purpose walking slow just to be more rude when I had to go to work, I was polite and respectful when I aske if he could check me out, I need to be at my work in hour please, then he says that after only driving for 9 miles that I was missing 1/16 of gas and that it's gonna cost me 5 dollars pero galón or if I wanted to put it myself he would have to do a check again so that mea t moping the whole gas station again what a joke this guys is the worst service I've had in years, this guys is killing your reputation and is a cancer for your company super rude lazy employees

The truck had strong smell to marihuana, maybe for someone that smoke is not a problem but I don't smoke and I don't use marihuana also if a cop stop me by any reason I could be in trouble.
