The location staff tried everything they can to get me UHAUL. The UHAUL was not ready for the Reserved time and I have wait for 1.5 hours to get an alternate UHAUL and that also came with restrictions of returning it before the time I requested . I requested UHAUL for 24 hours but the alternate UHAUL given to me was given for 16 hours or so . Not so good experience but we did not have any other option as it was last minute change byUHAUL.Hari hara G.

I dealt with an inexperienced rental person, she struggled to compete the documentation & it took a LONG time to finish the transaction. Additionally the trailer wasn't connected properly (not fastened to the ball hitch), consequently the trailer bounced off of the ball hitch. Luckily my vehicle was not damaged Note - I reported this incident to Galvan's & they handled it exceptionally well. A U-haul rep (Cory Platt) called me within minutes, was super apologetic, instructed me to have the under carriage of my vehicle checked (since the trailer tongue hit the under carriage) AND credited all the rental charges back to my credit card.Pat N.

We had to go to this location because the one we had a truck reserved at cancelled and said they couldn't get the truck we reserved. We ended up getting a truck that was not big enough. But we had to make do with what we could get. Very disappointed in the Bentonville and rogers facility. Would not recommend to anyone.William bruce H.

When I returned the truck, they tried to claim the truck was 15/16s full upon pickup and it was not so they charged me for 27 gallons of gas I didn't use. So now I have to work my dispute to get this resolved. My experience with U-haul has not been a good one at all.Kenneth J.

The team member who helped me was amazing. Somehow the return location was eneted as Benton vs Bentonville/Rogers which is 5 hours awasy. She was able to contact UHail Traffic and get my drop off location updated to Rogers AR. Definitely went above and beyond to solve the issue even though she was not responsible for the wrong drop off location. Superior customer service!Rebekah S.

The equipment I was given has a bad tire that was not noticed when I inspected it and ended up having to call roadside assistance which added 2.5 hours to my already 1 hour trip. Everything was handled great but it shouldn't have been necessary.Tami G.

Worst experience I've had. Went to my u haul to look at it while I wasn't present. Changed the time in their computer to 30 min prior to return. Charged me for an extra day and wouldn't let me use it for the rest of the day they charged me for. Would no recommend doing business with themMadison B.

Nothing. I would like to give a shout out to a lady that was working on 01/03/20 morning time. She called me to confirm that I was all good for pick up that night. She explained the processes that I needed to follow and where to find the truck. She then called me back a few minutes later and informed me that I could save money if I changed the drop off location to the same as the pick up if I wasn't driving far that day. Turns out she was right and it saved me about $80. I have never had anyone do that at a business and I would be lucky to have someone like that on my team at my workplace. I will be returning and have already shared this story to my friends and family. Thank you so much.Gregory K.
It would seem to me that if you are renting trailers from your location you would have someone there that would have someone there that could help with the hookup process. The person that was checking us out didn't seem to be real competent on the check out process.Paul B.
