Truck was very clean . But I drove it about 199 miles . I had to fight it to drive it . It shock so bad . Gonna go to chiropractor tomorrow all 3 of us hurt from all the shakingnEIL M.

Originally I called the Uhaul in the middle of town/Hillsboro 111 Catherine street hillsboro ohio. 15 days in advance to be very specific. I had also requested a commercial dolly at this time as well. 4 days prior to pickup I filled out my pick up and online sisigsisign in papers andnoticed I was now driving to Greenfield (45 min out of my way from my move in home) Also not what inessentialtold by Lamar which is the manager at the hillsboro branch which was that I would pick my uhaul up in hillsboro. The kicker was I was sent to CVS from Greenfield to pick up a dilly that was supposed to be readily available with my uhaul pickup. I drive out of my way adding miles/gas/$ and they also do not have my dolly. I then speak to uhaul off route 50 they weren't specifically Josh Pierce and they also didnt have a dolly for rent and supposedly wasnt even really affiliated with with uhaul Which I understand. Now after trying to carry my washer it now is leaking AND will now cost me MORE money for a repair man due to the inconvenience and the lack of competency to manage a schedule to make sure me the customer has whatthey need to do the job 15 DAYS prior to pickup. Worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul.Jason G.

The uhaul app is not user friendly, it was extremely slow, & an extreme amount of errors were encountered. I was at the uhaul location & on the phone with a uhaul representative for an hour before all issues were resolved, where I could actually get possession of the truck that I rented. If an app is required, you should ensure it'sfunctional!!!!!ellen V.
