I had to call multiple times to get the receipt . Upon checking everything was ok and I was charged $183.56 however they charged me again another $74.50 very next day for groundless reason. Originally gas was low which I reported to the cashier but surprisingly they charged me $28 for gas and another $30 for gas service, we left it clean with blanket folded but I got charged $10 for cleaning fee. Altogether the whole experience was terrible and would never go back to that location .

In fact, when I returned the vehicle, they just said leave the key and we will process the return later. I had to call much later in the day because the return did not get processed.

YVONNEM KURTZFirst off I had a reservation for Sunday to pick up at 11:30. When we went in store the guy told us the person who rented the truck the night before never returned it. So we reserved for the following day Monday at 12 noon. We get there and the guy who does the uhaul doesn’t come into work till 2 so they were trying to get me to go online to get code for key. Which on your site never worked. For 2 days I had people trying to help me move and had to cancel for Sunday and then couldn’t get the truck until Monday at 2. That place simply don’t know what they are doing and don’t even give people a Courtesy call to let them know what’s going on. Was Really frustrated made the move 100 percent worse.
