Bogus fuel charge added after I just fueled to half tank the man spoke no English and waited till I parked truck after watching me thru the door not attempting to direct me said No Drive. No drive . I’m sure when I post my experience and cc BBB. And the state attorney gens office this will probably come out that this is a common scam.
Stephen TTruck was in the worst mechanical condition I have ever seen in a UHaul. Had I not been in an absolute time crunch I would have requested a different truck. Additionally, the rep left me to my own devices to clear off a truck covered in ice and snow without offering the proper equipment to do so.
Christopher Pwasn't necessary to pay for extra mileages just because U Haul changed the location last minute to pick up the truck . that was wrong, DISAPPOINTED....
