Antonio HernandezEasy drop off...efficient and caring folks...kudos...
Michael DeMasiThis was an after-hours drop off, never saw anyone. Clearer marking or instructions for drop off would have been nice. Just seemed sketchy leaving the trailer unsecured behind a multi-tenant building.
TODD HYMASMy one way trip (Point A to Point B) was more than allowed mileage. They really need to ask customers, how many miles they will be driving.

MIRIAM BROWNGood job by the personnel.
John HillhouseThe key dropbox for the after hours return was around the back of the entire building. There were no instructions on how to find the dropbox. After calling the help number on my contract, the instructions given to find the dropbox did not match where the dropbox was actually located.
