Pick up was booked for 9am. Arrived at the pick up location around 920am and the location was closed. Called U-Haul support line and was advised by representative on the phone that they could not get a hold of the operator of this site and recommended that the nearest alternative location was in Indio, CA. Shortly after that I received a call from G Bilbrew Tax Services stating that she would be there shortly. If you have a 9am pick up reservation then this needs to be honored and not 35 minutes late. Also 4 hours after pick up I received an email stating that my drop off location for the vehicle was updated to a new location by G Bilbrew Tax Services. I never requested a change in drop off location and it was a joke since when I arrived at the U-Haul location on 4251 N Rosemead Bl, Rosemead CA 91770 the location that I booked online and had a booking confirmation for initially did not want to take the vehicle back since they said they were full and there would be an extra charge. Again I had to waste time rectifying the situation and if I would have not had the email back ups I would have had to take the U-Haul rental to another drop off location which is a joke. Luckily I had the backup and then they said they would take it back. The gentleman that helped me at the drop off location was very apologetic and understanding but I really shouldn't be put in this situation. G Bilbrew Tax Services is a complete joke and not a good representation for U-Haul. You should do an internal audit and check them out but I will never rent from them since they aren't open and show up 30+ minutes late and then they change your drop off location without your consent... That's like boarding a flight and then 4 hours after take off the pilot says instead of landing at JFK we will go to Boston instead lol

This location is the most unprofessional set up. There was trash everywhere and writing on the walls. The lady tried to make us come an hour later because it was "too early to get out of bed" and it was "too hot" even though our appointment was set up for 9am. She tried to get us to come at 10am for these reasons. Then when we had an order discrepancy and were being overcharged she told us it was "only $6" and we should just "let it go". When I told her that it was not the amount but rather the point that we have made the order with the lesser amount she told me "wow girl we don't fight here in the valley so just relax" and still did not try and find out why the charge was increased. We tried to call the manager who agreed to give us a discount for our horrible experience but since then has yet to actual carry out this refund. I would never go to this location again. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience.

First truck had a large crack in windshield and was not clean. Second truck (everything we loaded had to be reloaded) was 1/4 full

Location was dirty (which is putting it nicely). I was billed for two furniture carts and only given one. When I pointed this out I was told that it was my lucky day I can have a utility cart which I did not need. They took it away but I was still billed for the second furniture cart even though I didn't receive it. Still waiting for a credit.

Never experienced anything like it at a uhaul.. first it was office not a uhaul store.. #2 there was a young child 4 years old? On a scooter that continued ram the walls and doors as hard as he could screaming and the mom just allowed it to continue .. ran into me 2x ! Lobby set up like a play room

I get that this location is satellite location, but it is run down storefront that is being used as a place to sleep for the operator and her child. My U-Haul experience was terrible. I was confirmed to pick up a truck at 8:30 AM using the online "pick up my truck" service. When I logged in at 8:15 and received a message I would have to wait until 9:00 for the office to pen. I called the 1-800 number. After 40 minutes on the phone and 3 different operators, they confirmed I needed to go to the office at 9:00. She also said they would issue a $50.00 credit that have to see. I checked in to the office at 8:55 and was greeted with "you're early, we don't open until 9". I said no, I have a confirmed pick up at 8:30. She called her supervisor and told her the vehicle that was scheduled for me is not there. It was transferred a month ago. Because all she had available were 15' box trucks, I was upgraded but at an increased rate. I did not accept the rate increase. She called her supervisor back and got the rate back to the 10' rate. All-in-all it was a terrible experience. By the time I got on the road it was 1 hour after my original pick up of 8:30.

Took almost an hour to get my vehicle. Reservation couldn't be found. Wrong truck was provided. Upon return the door was locked and the attendant was sleeping in the back. The whole experience was beyond terrible. Why is this location even an option?
