Location was fine, but UHAULS website went down and delayed us over an hour when we had paid movers waiting on us. Overall, we lost $140 for their time, due to this issue.

michael A.I picked up a trailer explain to the gentleman that I was a single female pulling the trailer across several states alone. I asked him to make sure everything was in working order on the trailer. I left and when I got home I realized only the driver side lights weren't on the trailer. Then on the way home I got from Ashburne Georgia to Crestview Florida and the tire started shredding. I called roadside assistance and was quoted 60 to 90 minutes originally then I was quoted 180 minutes five hours later they still were not there. So I easy trailer to a local Walmart to have the tire repaired where are the cost with $70And when I return the trailer to the Hammond Louisiana location they inform me that they were not going to do the refund on the tire after much negotiation and they did refund the tire I will never rent from U-Haul again.

CHERYL R.However, the person did not give a discount for coming to area to rent the u-Hal. As a customer not knowing that I suppose to check for scratches on the trailer or other damages before leaving. The Customers should be told of any damages or tag all damages before leasing to another customer even if the u-Hal is old or new.Especially if customer is picking up a u-Hal in another area and leaving with another u-Hal drop off.He didn't even go out to the trailer with me going around the trailer marking damages that was there already. Please explain that the customer can be charged for damages ,if the u-ha person didn't mark the damages in the first place before leaving the U-Hal with another Representative . Never want to deal with this area again customers need to be informed to keep them comming back.
BARBARA E.The owner was not there. I had to do my contract by phone. The employees working at location where not familiar with uhaul procedure. I was told twice they did not know about my reservation. It was very inconvenient to have to travel to this location to get a uhaul. :( It would have helped to have the uhaul brought to tifton by person.

PAUL T.I was able to drop the u-haul off on Saturday but there was no place to leave key and I was still in the town and so I went back on Monday. They need to put a key slot to drop off key and put an address up so you know that you are at the correct location. I just saw a U-haul trailer in the lot was the only way I knew that I was at their address.
