Refused to accept U-Box trailer due to not having equipment to load boxes on trailer. Turn truck into them at 12:20 pm on Sunday March 17. They were supposed to open at 12:00 pm as listed on hours of service but were not open. Parked truck, deposited key in lock box, called them and they stated they went out to get something to eat.

The place didn’t open until our reservation was scheduled. Truck had trash in it. Drop off location was confusing.

Richard HIt was my first time using a uhaul going to the company in hartwell to get a uhaul was perfect he explain everything to me he was helpful and even though I was scared of having to have a trailer hooked to my truck he made sure everything was going to be ok which it was a smooth sailing trip then I had to drop it off now that experience was terrible if it wasn’t for a stranger coming to the shop I would have been stuck there with the trailer still on my truck.we couldn’t get it backed in so we unattached it almost got ran over by it but we got it unhooked and we left thanks to the stranger
