Well, for starters, have people knowledgeable with the equipment on hand and know how things are hooked up. Second, have equipment that doesn't need fixed. Wasn't happy that I picked up the truck and trailer from a furniture store then had to drive back to the U-Haul dealer to get the trailer fixed before I could use it. Waste of time. Other than that, truck ran great, trailer pulled well.robert L.

Although the Greenville location was excellent, helpful and friendly, it was 101mile drive to drop off the truck. Drove past numerous UHaul locations on the way that would have been closer. This caused me to be over on miles and paid an extra fee because of it. Otherwise, the experience was top notch!!CARL Q.

We were given a truck that had a flat tire. We had to wait 3 hours for it to be fixed. it pushed back our whole move and was a big inconvenience.Ryan C.
If you say you will have dollies and blankets at a location, then ensure that they are there. If you say that there will be a trailer at a location (and push me into that location as the location that is "guaranteed," then make sure the trailer is there. I do not blame the location, I blame UHaul the parent company.Ethan H.
The truck was not in the right place or at the correct time. I had a reservation at line-x of Greenville for 9:30. It was not there. They then told me that they lost the truck and once they found it, they brought it to a different location. Once I got to the location, the truck assigned to me was not there. So they ended up giving me a different truck that was there. Well that took another hour to do. Then they finally gave me a truck. 3 hours late.jonathan S.
