The location had the truck but was unable to rent me the truck. They did not know how to rent me the truck. I had to spend over an hour on location and rent it with a U-haul representative over the phone after 30 mins on hold. The truck clearly had an animal dead somewhere hidden in the cab. It was so aweful smelling, but there were no other 26' trucks available anywhere, so I had to endure the several hours of driving with the smell.

Allan DThe location I rented it from was unprofessional. It was an offsite furniture store where they had the truck . The owner of the store didn’t show up till 2hrs later then the rental agreement which caused delays . Then , she didn’t know what to do. The worst part is that I was getting charged everyday for the same rental because they never closed out the agreement.

furniture dI did not like my mobile experience booking the truck and storage. Feels like UHaul is grabbing for money around every turn, didn’t appear to have all options available, and when I needed to pick up the truck, doing it with the mobile app was a complete let down. Had to go in and the check-in with the building manager. The truck itself was great.

Glenda ATake the sticker that says fuel efficient off. I have a tiny coupe car that I was towing and I went from Orlando, FL to Burlington, NC. On average I got about 13 mpg. There is nothing "fuel efficient" about that. Luckily I had some extra money to spend or I wouldn't have been able to afford the gas for the trip. Also the chains were so twisted on the tow dolly I couldn't make a full turn out of the Uhaul location. I immediately had to pull over and re-do the chains within 5 minutes of starting my trip
