It is a small location so it has somewhat limited equipment but very easy to get a truck and efficient in getting through the rental paperwork

Your programmer that designed your app needs to be beat about their head and shoulders until they are bloody. You sent me a link the day before to input the drivers information, then I had to re-enter it at check in. I had set the pick up for Furniture and more in Indianapolis/Lawrence , and the drop off for Stones Crossing in Greenwood, near where I'm moving. I remember distinctly having to scroll through a bunch of locations to find that option because it wanted to default me going back to Furniture and More, I selected Stones Crossing (I have the order showing this). Then you gomers changed it to Furniture and More and had the gaul to charge me extra mileage for it. It'll be a cold day in hell before I use U-haul again after this.

The whole process of using your phone to get the u haul was interesting but time consuming but I got through it all. Your check check out out was simple but the invoice was not clear as far as what the end price of my total rental time. It was not clear enough for me to understand if I got charged the correct fees so i had to call and get the correct total of my rental fee and i was over charged but a correction was made and a refund issued back to me

Your app check in is completely silly, if I reserve a vehicle or trailer, you should ask for driver information and alternate contacts at that time, not when I'm checking in.

The middle aged guy working there was super helpful and sweet. He made jokes and we laughed and we're talking for a little. This was my first time driving a uhaul and he was so helpful highly recommend this location

I rented furniture pads and an appliance dolly, and there weren't any in the truck. I rented a truck from the same location three days ago, with a utility dolly, and it wasn't in the truck. Very upset about this.

The online approval process was VERY long, especially with it being added into your reservation time! Also, I was charged for SafeMove insurance when I originally decline during the reservation process. I had to go inside to get this reversed which too MORE time. Besides the whole initial online process, everything else went smooth

I reserved a 17 ft truck but was given a 15ft truck that was also available at a location by my house but I went to further location thinking I was getting the 17 ft and paid almost 14 miles each way only to get the same truck. I feel I should get a refund on the mileage because I was not given what I reserved and it was changed without anyone calling and letting me know this. I also reserved a utility dolly that was not available in the truck I was given.

Owner was nice but 15 minutes late just to open the store. There were three of us standing outside the store waiting so it took another 25 minutes for him to process the guy in front of me and then get to me. So I didn't leave the store until 10:45.

I said yes to the question “was the equipment clean and maintained “because it wasn't awful and I didn't to be too critical, but I definitely left it cleaner than I got it. You can tell the people that used it before me didn't wipe the front out. I had to used antibacterial wipes before I used it because it was dusty and had finger prints and footprints . And when I took it back I recleaned it to wipe the prints and any dirt I tracked in. I appreciated the guy that helped me so I didn't want leave a bad response. So I wanted to make that it should have been cleaner . Gracias

This location was lovely the attending store manager was extremely kind and helpful. The location I visited previously 1694 E Main St, Greenwood, IN 46143; was an absolute mess. The management there was very unprofessional and ridiculously rude. He was condescending, did not acknowledge us when we went in initially, and lacked even the most basic of customer service skills. Normally I'd leave a separate review however, this was the only link I received.

Store was late opening. 6 people waiting for the guy to show up. I reserved my truck more than a month in advance and when I got there, they didn't have the 26' truck I had requested. This meant that I had to make 2 trips to my new house which is a little over an hour, one way, from my old house. I was being charged for the mileage and because U-Haul screwed up, I was going to have to pay double AND it was going to take twice as long. When I returned the truck the next day at 10:00, the time the location opens, the store still wasn't open 10:05 and there was already a line of people waiting. This is the most fly by night operation I've ever seen. It's worth a few extra bucks to go elsewhere and not deal with the headaches.

Uhaul never issued a lock box code. therefore the self service i requested was not honored. the store employee was almost an hour late to work . my reservation was at 9:30am and the store didn't open until 10am , however the store employee didn't show until almost 11am . completely unacceptable.

Awful!!! 4 hour delay and no one understood what was going on. Even management didn't really know what was going on. Ended up having to change my reservation 3 times and making move in awful. Uhal will be my last resort now for moving in the future!

Did not have the furniture dolly in which was included in my reservation. Truck still had blankets in the back which I did not reserve. Reserved a furniture dolly at another location. Truck was on half tank of gas. Sent me to another uhaul location to pick up furniture dolly.

Truck was filthy inside. Had to wipe down seats and steering wheel. Truck had not been vacuumed and had debris all over it. Mike was helpful but the entire order was a mess. Took an hour to get discount code added in system.

Drove 40 minutes to this location just for them not to have my keys in the lock. Had to drive 40 minutes back home without a truck. I was refunded my total payment than charge the base fee of $25. Terrible service and will not be using U-Haul again

Directions for getting the key from the box weren't very clear - and the app stopped working mid-pick up. It couldn't get a signal for some reason. It was very strange. Because I'd that I didn't get to enter the starting mileage and that was frustrating.

As reported immediately upon pick up, the truck was extremely loud due to a muffler line issue. I cut my use to single short trip and drove much slower than normal because it was so loud.

The man said somebody stole the catalytic converters off of some of the trucks and it was very loud I was scared it was going to stop running its sad ppl think it's ok to take other ppls property my heart goes out to yaw that's a heavy expense but that's what insurance is for maybe Uhaul needs to come up with a better way in securing the trucks hire a security company or put trucks in secure area I thought I requested for a truck at the Shadeland location but maybe none was available but I got my move done so I'm happy

The location don't open until 10:00am. I travel through the night and was there at 7:30am, had to wait two and a half hour until the business open. Should have let me know about the Dropbox system you had.

It was really far away. There were many closer locations they could've sent me to. The extra charges are ridiculous. Other companies are better and they will have my business from here on out.

If online check in is required and the equipment had blankets everywhere, and some trash, I should not have only the option to turn it in clean. I should have the option to turn it in the “same condition received”. The vehicle did not ride well and steering alignment felt off.

Uhaul pickup location changed without notification so by the time we arrived to the correct location it was closed. Phone representative updated reservation to location 30 min outside city to pickup correct sized truck. We could not get cell service due to remote location to do online check-in. Called Uhaul share representative who was unable to help us complete transaction as could only be done online. She then hung up on me. I will be using Penske for my moves in future.

Seems as though maybe the transmission is failing. The truck road extremely rough to the point that it seemed unsafe. I decided to keep because of the urgency of need. In the end it served the need. Will look further into my next rental.

I'm not understanding why it cost 200 dollars for 5 hrs with a full tank I used a quarter only . I rented a bigger truck a couple months ago it was 60 dollars for the entire day I drove way more in it as well

I did the contactless rental but when I got the keys to my truck they were to the wrong truck so I still had to go in to get the correct key. Additionally the truck had an extreme amount of play in the steering.
